Sanjeeda Shaikh is one of the immensely popular actresses in the entertainment industry. The actress was born into a Muslim family in Kuwait and hails from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Talking about her professional front, she is currently seen in the role of 'Waheeda' in the web series, Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, co-starring Richa Chadha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, and Sharmin Segal in the lead roles. Sanjeeda made her acting debut in the titular role of 'Nimmo' in the 2005 TV series, Kyaa Hoga Nimmo Kaa. Following this, she was seen in many other television series, including Kyaa Hoga Nimmo Kaa, Kayamath, and Love Ka Hai Intezaar. However, it was her stint in the drama, Ek Hasina Thi, that showcased her versatility as an actress. She has also appeared in a number of television reality shows. Apart from that, she was also seen in many movies, including Taish, Main Te Bapu, Fighter, and many others.

Taking about the Ishq Ka Rang Safed actress, Sanjeeda Shaikh's glowing and radiant skin, she time and again revealed that the simple things which she adapted in her lifestyle made a difference. Amongst them, one of which is she makes sure to sleep well at night especially before the red carpet or grand events in the industry. Before applying makeup, she rubs an ice cube on her face. For instantly glowing skin, she splashes rose water on her face. She washes her hair every alternate day, oil it twice a week, and trim it every six months to avoid split ends and breakage. Moreover, she prefers to eat healthy food like aloe vera pulp or wheat grass, coconut water, and lots of water.

Coming to her personal life, Sanjeeda was earlier married to her longtime beau, Aamir Ali. Together, they participated in a dancing competition show, Nach Baliye 3, in 2007, and the serial, Kya Dill Main Hai, telecasted in 2008. Following this, they formed a good friendship, which gradually turned into love. Then they tied the knot in 2012, and after 8 years of their married life, in 2020, they welcomed their baby girl, Ayra Ali, via surrogacy. However, the same year, Sanjeeda and Aamir left their entire fanbase heartbroken with their separation announcement.
Finally, they were granted a divorce in 2021, and the actress also got custody of their princess. Since then, Sanjeeda has been single-handedly taking care of her daughter, Ayra Ali. But, in an old interview with ETimes, Sanjeeda's ex-husband stated that he was not allowed to meet their daughter, Arya. The actor mentioned that he didn't want to play the victim card, as he knows that a man is the one to get all the blame. However, he concluded by saying that he wished his daughter gets the best form of life with her mom.
However, ever since Sanjeeda's divorce from Aamir, the actress also faced severe online backlash. She was not only blamed for the reason behind their divorce but was also criticised for a number of things. For instance, when Sanjeeda took to her Instagram handle and posted a reel video of one of her looks, the netizens badly slammed her. In the video, she was wearing a black bralette-style top with body chains. She left her hair open and teamed it with minimal makeup. However, as soon as the video was posted, netizens started brutally bashing the actress for exposing herself.

In an interview with Galatta, Sanjeeda Shaikh talked about how everything that happened to her was just her experience. She mentioned that it only made her a good person. However, she mentioned that at this tough time, the actress also lost a lot of friends. But she mentioned being happy with the fact that no one of them is still in her life. Sharing that she is better off without them, Sanjeeda stated:
"There are people who aren't my friends anymore. I should just send love to them for not being in my life anymore because I am better without them. I am so happy now. These are the experiences in life that teaches you. You don't need so many people. It's good what they did to me."

Apart from this, Sanjeeda was also entangled in a legal controversy with her sister-in-law, Zakerabanu Zakir Hussain Bagban. As per a few reports, it was on May 29, 2017, when Zakerabanu filed a domestic violence case against Sanjeeda, her brother, Anas Abdul Rahim Shaikh and their mother, Anisha Shaikh. Sanjeeda's sister-in-law was allegedly of the opinion then that while she was speaking with her father over the phone on May 27, 2024, her husband and in-laws started yelling and beating her up. As per Zakerabanu, the Shaikhs did so as they did not want her in their Mumbai home. Afterwards, Sanjeeda, Anas, and Anisha also filed a petition against the FIR in the Ahmedabad High Court, mentioning that she was busy shooting on the day of the incident. On August 30, 2024, Sanjeeda was then granted interim relief.
Fast-forward to now, Sanjeeda seems to have moved on in her life. In December 2023, the television actress took to her Instagram handle and shared photos of her quality time amid the greenery. She looked stunning in an off-white dress featuring full sleeves and a plunging neckline teamed with a bun hairdo, subtle makeup, and statement earrings. However, the actress didn't disclose her location in the post. Soon, a Reddit user took to the discussion platform and dropped some screengrabs from her alleged beau, Harshvardhan Rane's profile. The pictures seemingly proved that the couple was vacationing together on a jungle safari, as the backdrop of their images looked similar.

Now, Sanjeeda and Harshvardhan have been speculated to be dating each other for a long time. These were fuelled more when their photos from their vacation surfaced online. But till today, neither of them ever confirmed or denied the same. In an interview with News18, Harshvardhan reacted to the constant gossip about him and Sanjeeda, and mentioned that it doesn't bother him much. Harshvardan said:
"It does not bother me because it is the job of journalists to write and they also have a weekly deadline and daily quota or target of stories to submit. I see them as humans who are trying to do a job, just like my job is to be in films."
Sanjeeda, too, reacted to the same in a subtle manner in July 2023. It was when Sanjeeda took to her IG handle and dropped a hot photo of herself. In the picture, she was wearing a bralette, which she paired with jeans. Sharing the photos, Sanjeeda penned, 'Privacy Is Power', thereby indirectly hitting back at the gossip around her and Harshvardhan.
