Indians love Chinese food. So, talk to your caterer to get some Indian-fused versions of Chinese dishes, like gobhi Manchurian and paneer noodles, apart from the authentic oriental cuisine. You can also ask your wedding planner to get calligraphy printing done on the table spread, table mats and napkins that are to be used in the dinning space. You can also go for crockery with Chinese motifs on it.
You can arrange for a small Indian buffet too for guests who prefer traditional food, but frankly, Indo-Chinese food is liked by everyone so it should not be a problem.

If you want to go all out with the theme, then you can also specify the dress code for guests as red and gold.
