High heels are an inevitable part of the wedding ensemble of a bride. The high heels make a regular appearance with you, in all your wedding functions. So, treating your aching heels with ice can help you reduce the pain and control the inflammation. However, this treatment is not very effective if the problem becomes chronic. Consulting your physician is the best option in such scenario.
Soak your feet in warm water for around 15 to 20 minutes. Add Epsom salt, as it will provide an instant relief to you from the pain. This will not only relax your tired feet muscles and rejuvenate you, but will also help keep cracked and dried heels at bay.
