Ankita Lokhande bagged the fourth position in the most controversial show, Bigg Boss 17. One of the biggest rivalries of this season was between Ankita and Mannara Chopra, and the tension between them two was clearly visible. By the end of the show, the duo's rivalry intensified as Mannara's bond with Ankita’s husband, Vicky Jain, strengthened, which triggered the Pavitra Rishta actress. After the show ended, Mannara hoped that they could be friends, while Ankita admitted that she may have taken their rivalry a little too far.
Ankita Lokhande and Mannara Chopra were seen indulging in several fights, be it a heated argument or a cold war inside the Bigg Boss 17 house. Now, in an interview with The Indian Express, Ankita Lokhande was asked if she would like to extend an olive branch towards Mannara Chopra. Responding to the same, the actress shared that she would not approach anyone but would be more than happy if someone wanted to be her friend. In her words:

“I am here. Anyone who wants to be my friend is more than welcome. I am not going to approach anyone for that matter. I am done.”

Talking about the issue between them, Ankita Lokhande shared that she used to interact with Mannara a lot in the beginning, but slowly things changed. She shared that a lot was happening between her and her husband, Vicky, back then, and she was triggered by the latter's friendship with Mannara. Ankita accepted that things got messed up in her head, which impacted her equation with Mannara, and added:
“After coming out, I was watching the episodes, and I saw that I would connect with Mannara a lot in the beginning, but slowly her track changed, and she started to feel a few things. I was okay with that. But in the last few episodes, a lot was going on between me and Vicky, and their friendship was triggering me. Mannara and I did have issues, but after her friends left, when she came to Vicky, I felt why him now. Then things escalated and played in my head. But when I saw the episodes I felt there was nothing like that. I regret it somewhere now.”
Mannara Chopra, on the other hand, also made her stance clear and shared that she would not like to keep in touch with Vicky Jain because she is hesitant. In a recent interview with Siddharth Kannan, Mannara recalled an incident when Ankita Lokhande had scolded her and accused her of creating problems in her and Vicky's married life. Reacting to the same, Mannara shared that she felt so ashamed back then that she was not sure if she should message Vicky. The actress added:
“I will not message him because Vicky knows that I am hesitant. Once Ankita scolded me to not create problems between them, and I was taken aback. After this, Vicky was trying to cheer me up, but I refused to talk to him because I felt ashamed. He knows that in real life things would be like that, so me contacting him might not look nice. If they want to keep in touch, I will be happy.”

While Ankita Lokhande became 4th, Mannara grabbed the 3rd position in BB 17. Time and again, we have seen Mannara being overwhelmed with joy over the same, as she had defeated her biggest rival. In an interview with Filmygyan, Ankita talked about Mannara's energy after becoming third in the show and gave a savage response. Talking about the same, Ankita stated:
"Mannara ko haq hai energetic hone ka kyuki usne sachme Ankita ko haraya hai."
