Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora were married for 19 years before they separated in 2017. The couple is co-parenting their son, Arhaan Khan. However, Arbaaz and Malaika have moved on in their personal lives, as the former got married for the second time to Sshura Khan in 2023. Meanwhile, Malaika is in a happy relationship with Arjun Kapoor, and everyone is waiting for them to announce their wedding.
Recently, Arbaaz Khan appeared on his son, Arhaan Khan’s podcast, Dumb Biryani, and talked about his relationships. Speaking along the same lines, the actor opened up on his brothers, Sohail Khan and Salman Khan's marital status and poked fun at his divorce and two marriages. Arbaaz was heard saying:
“We were of course young and we were all staying together. One still hasn’t gotten married. But we got married and whatever, separated also…”

Arbaaz immediately cracked up, and his statement left Sohail Khan in splits. Soon, Arbaaz’s son, Arhaan congratulated his father and uncle on their divorces. To this, Arbaaz proudly added:
“And then I got remarried.”
Then, one of Arhaan’s friends mentioned that he couldn't be a part of Arbaaz's second wedding. To this, the latter excused him by saying that he could attend his next marriage. Arbaaz’s response left Arhaan’s friend speechless. As the video was shared on Instagram, Malaika Arora watched it and also reacted to Arbaaz's banter with their son. The actress even liked the post.

In an interview with Pinkvilla, Malaika Arora spilt the beans on why she decided to get married at the age of 25 and revealed that she did not face any pressure from her family. However, Malaika added that after being married for some years, she realised that she wanted something else in life. She wished to have a space for her son, Arhaan to flourish and wanted to make him happy. Malaika added that she wanted to feel settled and happy and said:
“When I decided to get divorced, I don’t think there were too many women in the industry getting divorced and moving on. I felt, for me, for my personal growth, my choice, I had to feel okay within if I had to make my kid happy and make my kid flourish in his space. So, that’s what I did. Everyone looks down upon divorce but for me, I had to feel settled and happy to make anyone around me happy. It starts with me.”
