Boney Kapoor created a stir last week after he revealed that he is not on talking terms with his brother, Anil Kapoor. He also shared that it is because he was remaking the popular film, No Entry without him. However, the producer finally talked about his remark and clarified that his statement was blown out of proportion. Boney Kapoor also revealed that all the buzz around his Innocuous may have upset Anil Kapoor.
Recently, in an interview with The Times Of India, Boney Kapoor talked about his viral statement that created the buzz about his feud with his brother, Anil Kapoor, over the remake of a film. The producer revealed that his comment about 'Anil is angry with him' has been taken out of context. He added that the reason his film doesn't have Anil and Salman is that both of them are super busy.

Boney Kapoor further clarified his statement and revealed that it is ridiculous to think that his brother or Salman is upset with him as he has not included them in the film. He clearly stated that these two celebrities do not need the film and his comment was clearly made in humour. Boney Kapoor added that if the distorted version of the comment has reached Anil and made him upset then he will speak to him and clarify. He was quoted as saying:
"I must clarify that not for a moment did I mean it earnestly. If any distorted version of this innocuous remark has reached Anil, which may have upset him, I’ll speak to my brother and clarify it. Both of us have grown together in the film industry, been there for each other in every crucial moment, and this will never change."
For those who don't know, in an interview with Zoom, Boney Kapoor talked about his fight with Anil Kapoor for the first time. The producer revealed that before he could tell his brother, Anil about the making of No Entry 2, the news was leaked, which left him hurt, and he got angry about the same. The producer revealed that Anil Kapoor wanted to be part of the film, but the story didn't have any space for him as he wanted to make it relevant. He said:
"Before I could tell my brother Anil about the No Entry sequel and the cast involved, he got angry as the news was already leaked. It was unfortunate that it was leaked. I know he wanted to be a part of the No Entry sequel, but there was no space. I wanted to explain why I did what I did."

Boney further explained the reason for casting Varun, Arjun and Diljit. He stated that they are amazing friends and that their chemistry would come out in the story. Plus, Diljit is already ruling the industry. However, in the process of making the film, his brother, Anil is still not talking to him properly. He said:
"In the process, my brother is still not talking properly. I hope it all gets sorted out soon. Let’s see."
Well, we hope things get sorted between Boney and Anil!
