Yuvzel’s (as fans call the couple) mehendi was celebrated at a poolside venue in Chandigarh. Hazel chose a true feminine dress that everyone appreciated; an embellished yellow salwar suit with intricate silver thread-work and closed neckline. With matching earrings and Mashrabiya style maathapatti by Astha Jagwani, she looked impeccable.
The blushing bride couldn’t have looked better at the traditional ceremony. She was sizzling in her yellow attire with a shining tone all over the bustier and a matching maang tikka. The ease with which she carried an Indian wear is totally admirable.
If you can’t think innovative at the last moment; go for this. Traditional salwar kameez is tried and tested and can guarantee you some picture-perfect moments for the photo shoot like it did for the madly-in-love couple. You can choose an all-yellow-dress or even go for colour contrasts with dupatta and salwar; the choice is yours. Don’t forget the maang tikka which can definitely get you noticed.

Lot of friends from Indian cricket team were spotted at this pre-wedding event. Virat Kohli was the star guest of the evening. For the lavish sangeet, Hazel was a little dressier than before. She amped up her looks in this royal outfit- a white lehenga with golden border and a blue jacket with heavy embroidery. Polki maathapatti couldn’t be missed for sure.
Donning a royal creation by JJ Valaya; Hazel looked every bit of a diva she is. This time too her jewels created a stir. Peacock chaandbaalis and elaborate head accessory offered her a striking appearance. She added to the magnificence and fun by matching her outfit with her ‘man in blue’ (literally). Yuvraj was a dapper in deep-blue velvet achkan paired with white chooridar and juttis. We cannot help but gush over their choice of outfit and hues.
The heavy outfit will look more stylish if you have a svelte frame. So, keep in mind your figure and weight while you opt for the similar design. Also, with a striking dress like this, it’s best to keep the makeup less dramatic. You can shun the maathapatti if you find it a little too much. What’s more? You too can colour-coordinate your outfit with your darling.

For their Sikh wedding in Chandigarh at a Gurudwara, ace batsman Yuvraj and actress Hazel looked like an epitome of royalty in JJ Valaya’s creations. Hazel amazingly presented herself looking like an angel in a marsala shaded outfit. Her black smoky eyes and henna on her hands too left a strong impact. Yet again, she matched herself with her partner from head to toe. Yes, Yuvraj attired himself in the same shade.
This time, she went for a different colour for her glamorous bridal lehenga. Rich maroon velvet attire with loads of detailing arrested a lot of eyeballs. She was a symbol of beauty with huge earrings and traditional Punjabi chooda. Maang tikka and bangles were carried with great style and comfort.
More than anything else, you must notice the ease and ethnicity that went hand in hand. You can surprise everyone like Hazel’s traditional get up and the minimal makeup she balanced the heavy look with. Also, try to shun lots of jewels if you wish to flaunt heavy attire.

For another round of wedding rituals in Goa held on December 2nd, Hazel defined her diva look with a red and gold Banarasi saree by Ashley Rebello and jewellery by Anmol. Hubby-to-be was also seen in red and beige sherwani.
She didn’t throw in too many colours but went for an iconic piece in red. The ever-smiling Hazel carried off the Indian saree as it were her second skin. Needless to say, its her ethnicity and beauty again that will inspire you to make a stunning appearance on your D-day. Just carry off the six-yard wonder with as much panache and confidence. To add some style to the traditional get-up, you can choose a kamarband like her.
