Eijaz Khan, one of the most famous actors in the television industry, rose to fame with his roles in serials like Kkavyanjali, Kyaa Hoga Nimmo Kaa, and Yeh Moh Moh Ke Dhaagey, among others. Moreover, it was his stint in Bigg Boss 14 that brought him a lot of attention and fame. On the show, his bond with his ex-girlfriend, Pavitra Punia grabbed a lot of limelight. The duo was together for a few years and the actor even proposed to Pavitra for marriage. However, things turned upside down, and they called it quits. Recently, Eijaz opened up about facing personal issues, and he also seemingly hinted at Pavitra while talking about Bigg Boss 14.
Eijaz Khan recently sat for an interview with The Indian Express, wherein he was asked about his industry journey. Talking about the same, Eijaz stated that during the pandemic, he was unsure about what he should do professionally, and he ended up deciding to be a part of Bigg Boss. The actor added that he could not be the winner of Bigg Boss, but he found out his strengths and weaknesses and also won someone beautiful. Sharing that, according to him, success is the freedom to choose whatever he wants to do with his time, Eijaz stated:
“There was a time during Covid when I couldn’t understand what I should do, I took a conscious decision to do Bigg Boss then. I discovered my strengths and weaknesses, instead of winning the show, I won someone very beautiful. For me, I define my success by having the freedom of choice and what to do with my time. I am 48 now, I don’t know how many years will I be in my prime. I want to make the best of every day.”

Going further in the interview, Eijaz Khan mentioned that evolving is a life process, and while someone thinks that they are doing right, later, they realise that they have been making mistakes only. The actor also added that every journey for him is now inward and he had his share of good, bad, and worst days.
Eijaz mentioned that he had been on medication, and he recently faced a lot of personal setbacks, which helped him to learn a lot of things about how to deal with these kinds of challenges. Eijaz stated that he now has a greater purpose in his life, and one of his aims is not to hurt anyone and to take care of the people who love and treasure him. The actor can be quoted as saying:
"I have disciplined my mind and I am not saying that I have been able to do so. I have my good days, bad days, and worst days, and I am on medication. I went through a few challenging situations in my life recently, coming to terms with what is in my control and what isn’t, and how I deal with that has been a huge learning curve. I now align my life with a greater purpose, which is the betterment of the people who love me and treasure me. That has given me ample opportunity to grow more. The point is to try not to hurt anyone consciously and live a good life.”

For the unversed, Eijaz and Punia met on the sets of Bigg Boss 14, and it was in 2020 when the duo got engaged. However, when the ex-couple announced their separation, their fans have been left heartbroken. There had also been rumours that Eijaz might have cheated on Punia. Dismissing the same, a source close to the ex-couple had mentioned that Eijaz had not cheated on Punia; rather, he had been loyal to her. The source also added that Eijaz is still single and is not ready to hop into another relationship. The source also added that the ex-couple had several issues that were not reconcilable, which caused them to part ways.
