While the nepotism debate is on rife these days, it is also true that every parent wants their kids to follow their footsteps. From an actor wanting their kid to be an actor, a doctor wanting their kid to be a doctor, every profession goes like this. No matter, how much every parent says ‘our kids are going to decide their career on their own’, deep down they still hope for their kid to choose their path. Well, that’s how it is! Watching your kid accepting your career choice and indulging in it is a matter of immense pride for every parent. Geeta Phogat too is happy to watch her son, Arjun make his first move in ‘akhada’. India’s first female wrestler to compete at the Olympic Games and bring home gold, Geeta Phogat and her wrestler husband, Pawan Kumar Saroha had embraced parenthood in December 2019. On December 24, 2019, Geeta and Pawan had taken to their Instagram to announce the arrival of their baby boy, Arjun Saroha. Sharing a picture-perfect family portrait, Geeta had written, “HELLO BOY!! WELCOME TO THE WORLD He is here we are so much in love please give him your love and blessings he made our life perfect now Nothing can be described the feelings of watching your own baby be born Date - 24-12-2019.”

As Geeta Phogat's little bundle of happiness is growing up, he is trying to understand his parents’ profession and most of all have an on-the-field experience. Taking to her IG handle, Geeta shared a series of pictures of her family playing and posing in the mud, which for them is everything. The first picture is a family portrait with her husband, Pawan, brother, Dushyant, sister, Sangeeta and son, Arjun. In the second picture, Mr and Mrs Saroha can be seen posing with their little boy. In the third picture, the family of three was joined by Geeta’s brother, Dushyant. In the fourth picture, Dushyant is replaced by sister, Babita to pose with the family. Sharing the pictures, Geeta wrote, “Mitti ka tan hai kya din raat sajana, mitti hi manzil tan par kya itrana” in Hindi. The cutest picture was posted by Sangeeta Phogat on her son, Arjun’s official IG handle, where he can be seen all covered in mud, looking like planning for his next move. The mommy captioned the picture as “Akhade mein phela kadam” in Hindi. Take a look:

In May 2020, we had seen some glimpses of Arjun’s ‘Dangal’ ready expressions. Geeta Phogat had posted three pictures of her 5-month-old baby boy, Arjun Saroha and we were completely amazed by the expressions the little one had. In the first picture, Arjun had made us go aww with his cute smirk. In the next two pictures, going by his expressions, he had looked ready for the ‘Dangal’. In March as her little boy turned three months old, Geeta Phogat had shared her experience of ‘nourishing her little cutie’, Arjun Saroha. Posting a picture of breastfeeding Arjun in his favourite position, Geeta had written, “3 months of nourishing of this cutie @arjunpawansaroha Mostly he like to feed in this position.I think he understood that his mother is wrestler and she will Handle him in every position and in any situation #feedingtime #momlife #babyboy.”
When on January 24, 2020, Geeta Phogat and Pawan Saroha’s son, Arjun Saroha had completed one-month of existence in this beautiful world, his parents had posted a one-month completion post on behalf of their ‘precious little miracle’.
