Amidst the questions like where they are studying, what are they wearing, who are they hanging out with, who are they dating; the question of when are they making their big Bollywood debut tops the list. Something similar happened with the recently turned 16-year-old star kid, Nysaa Devgan. Kajol and Ajay Devgn’s daughter, Nysaa did her schooling from Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai, post which she got enrolled in the United College of Southeast Asia in Singapore in early 2018, away from the media scrutiny.

Kajol and Ajay Devgn have, time and again, expressed their concern for the growing popularity for their kids, Nysaa and Yug Devgan in media. Yet again, Kajol was quizzed about her 16-year-old daughter’s career plans and was quoted as saying, "She (Nysa Devgn) is just 16 years old. I think you (media and people) can give her a break and some space. Recently, she has celebrated her 16th birthday. Right now, she is studying in 10th standard and she is preparing for her board exams."
Kajol recently received the Dadasaheb Phalke Excellence Award, and expressing her feeling on the same, Kajol had said, "It means a lot. Whenever you get an award, you feel really happy. I am really thankful to the jury." Her last film, Helicopter Eela didn't do well at the box-office, but speaking about her upcoming projects, Kajol had stated: "As of now, there is absolutely nothing so, maybe I will take a two years' break, who knows? But yes, I am planning something. Hopefully, I will be able to announce it soon."
On April 20, 2019, Nysaa Devgan turned 16 and her mommy, Kajol took to her Instagram to share a picture with her ‘heartbeat’. Along with it, she had written, “Happy 16th birthday to my sweet sweet baby. I still feel the weight of you in my arms and I don't think that will ever change. However old you grow know that you will always be my heartbeat. Always.” (Also Read: Arbaaz Khan On Remarrying Post His Divorce With Malaika Arora, Says It Might Happen In My Life Again)

In January 2019, Ajay Devgn and Kajol’s daughter, Nysaa Devgan was trolled for one of her airport looks. A few months post that, when Ajay was asked to comment on the same, he had retorted in an interview with the Hindustan Times, “She is just a 15-year-old and I feel, at times, people forget that and talk rubbish. She was wearing such a long shirt and she was also wearing shorts. Now because of the length of the shirt, her shorts weren't visible and the kid got trolled for that.” Further claiming that the brewing paparazzi culture is not good for any celeb kid, Ajay had said, “I don't know what kind of people these are and because of them, we are paying the price. I request the paparazzi to at least leave the children alone. Why are they paying the price for their famous parents? I don't think any child is okay with paparazzi. They want their space. They want to not dress up every time they step out, so it's very sad when such things happen.”
Speaking about his daughter, Nysaa Devgan getting trolled on social media, Ajay Devgn had said in another interview, “Judge me but don't judge my kids. Kajol and I are the actors, judge us...it's because of us, our children are under the spotlight every time. Being judgmental about someone is not a good thing. If I start passing judgement on someone, that person would obviously feel bad...so do my children.” The Singham actor further went on to add, "Honestly speaking, those people don't really matter. But I feel bad sometimes when my kids go through such harsh trolling.” And when he was further probed to reveal how Nysa reacts or deals with such trolls, Ajay had shared, "She used to get upset over trolling earlier, but now she doesn't care about it anymore. She knows how to deal with it. She has accepted that there will be some people who will keep judging no matter what." Further sharing a tip to tackle troll, he had said, “Avoid it. If you will react, they will react more, and this will continue. So better to stop fighting against trollers.” (Also Read: Surveen Chawla Poses For First Family Picture With Daughter After Getting Discharged From Hospital)
