As we all know, even during her pregnancy Kareena closely worked with her dietician, Rujuta Diwekar and now post her delivery, Kareena is once again teaming up with the same renowned dietician to get back into her original shape.

In this video posted by Rujuta, Kareena talks about how she went into a panic mode after delivering baby Taimur and how Rujuta asked her to have faith and follow what her dietary advices. Talking about Kareena Kapoor’s diet, Rujuta said that thankfully, Bebo always had a sustainable diet up till now so the process of losing weight was pacing up. In fact Kareena categorically mentioned that Rujuta was totally against the word sugar-free.
Currently Kareena is just in the phase one of the plan of losing all the post-pregnancy weight, but we must say, that the results are quite impressive. Rujuta had given her a time frame of at least 7 months to completely lose all the weight and get back to what she was before.

The best thing Kareena said in the entire interview (which is going to be very encouraging for all new mommies) is that she is trying to lose weight but without compromising on anything heavily. Kareena was allowed to have sugar in her subah and sham ki chaai and coffee.
Another important thing Rujuta mentioned about pregnancy was that a woman loses up to 5 years of calcium in just one pregnancy. Rujuta used to ask Kareena to have a lot of yogurt and a glass of milk everyday.
