In the fourth edition of the said ceremony, she bagged the Artist in Fashion award. For the event, Mahira opted for a Michael Cinco strapless ice-blue gown featuring a voluminous skirt adorned with Japan-inspired floral motifs in shades of ivory and a unique conical structure around the shoulder region. She accessorised her look with just a pair of dainty earrings. Mahira used subtle makeup and opted for a side-parted ponytail to accentuate her overall look.

As soon as Mahira uploaded her pictures on social media, a Reddit user shared them on the discussion platform, and some found out that Mahira’s gown is somewhat similar to Aishwarya Rai’s 2017 Cannes gown. The Bollywood diva opted for another extravagant gown from the shelves of the Dubai-based Filipino designer, Michael Cinco. She wore a fully embroidered off-shoulder ice-blue-hued ball gown to represent L’oreal at the French Riviera. Aishwarya wore just a few rings and had let her glam makeup, and Cindrella-esque couture gown do all the talking on the red carpet.

Some time ago, Mahira graced the Jashn-e-Rekhta language festival, which took place in Dubai. The festival has gained immense popularity in India and London in the past years. On January 28, 2024, the Pakistani superstar attended the event and charmed everyone with her ethereal looks. Mahira was wearing a yellow-hued saree featuring gota silai and a unique pallu with floral prints. She paired it with a pink digital floral-printed blouse adorned with a Madakal neckline. She accessorised her look with green bangles, which were stacked with a golden choodha, heavy golden-toned earrings featuring pearls, and kept her makeup subtle and tied her into a bun.
In December 2023, the Pakistani actress attended the 2023 Red Sea Film Festival held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Mahira's look from the event went viral on social media, where she was seen wearing a long black-coloured strappy dress featuring a sweetheart neckline.
