For the unversed, Alia and Ranbir tied the knot in the year 2022, and in the same year, they welcomed their baby girl, Raha, into their lives. However, we stumbled upon some adorable news that yet again proved how much of a doting daddy Ranbir Kapoor is.
On March 27, 2024, Ranbir Kapoor, along with Neetu Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, were spotted at their underconstructed Krishna Raj Bungalow in Mumbai, Bandra. It's been over a year since the construction work has been going on in Ranbir and Alia's dream abode. Recently, a report by BollywoodLife claimed that Ranbir and Alia are going to name their dream house after Raha's name, which will make her one of the richest star kids in B-town. The source shared:
"It is also said that Ranbir who is madly and deeply in love with his daughter Raha Kapoor will name the bungalow in her name, and this will make the little one the richest star kid in the B Town. Along with this massive bungalow, both Alia and Ranbir own 4 flats in the Bandra area and the worth is more than 60 crore."

An insider also mentioned that the entire bungalow will cost around Rs. 250 crore, which will make it one of the most expensive bungalows in Mumbai compared with Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan's Jalsa. The source can be quoted as saying:
"Ranbir and Alia are both equally investing their hard-earned money to make their dream house. The house will cost more than 250 crore once it’s all done. This will become the most expensive bungalow in the Mumbai area compared with Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa."
The same report also suggested that Neetu Kapoor will be the co-owner of the Krishna Raj Bungalow, as her late husband, Rishi Kapoor made her the half-owner of all his properties. As per the source, a few days ago, Neetu bought a lavish house in Bandra, which is worth Rs. 15 crore. However, what's interesting is that, as per the source, the entire Kapoor clan will reportedly stay under one roof after the Krishna Raj Bungalow gets ready. The source added:
"Neetu Kapoor will be the co-owner of the bungalow as late actor Rishi Kapoor had made her the half-owner of all his properties. Having said Neetu ji herself is supremely financially stable and recently bought a lavish house worth 15 crore in the Bandra area itself. It is also speculated that after the bungalow is ready the entire Kapoor Khandaan will stay together under one roof."
Recently, Alia Bhatt, along with Neetu Kapoor, were spotted at Bandra as they paid a visit to their Krishna Raj Bungalow. In the videos that went viral, Alia looked pretty in a black ensemble, while Neetu was stunned in a blush pink shirt and white pants. We can also spot the saas-bahu duo sharing a cutesy hug as soon as they met one another, and it melted our hearts. On the other hand, Ranbir can also be seen at the bungalow as he visited the undergoing work there. The actor looked handsome in a white shirt and jeans. A cool cap and sunnies added stars to his look.

Alia Bhatt turned 31 years old on March 15, 2024. And for the same, they hosted a low-key birthday party. Moreover, Ranbir shelled out pure daddy goals as he could be seen wearing a customised t-shirt with Raha's name printed on it, while attending the party.
