He predominately works in Tamil cinema and is best known for his movies, including Indian, Mudhalvan, Anniyan, Enthiran, and many others. Now, he is on cloud nine as his daughter, Aishwarya Shankar, tied the knot with the love of her life, Tarun Karthikeyan, in a lavish ceremony. Many South Indian film stars attended it, and ever since the wedding, glimpses of the same have been surfacing on the internet one after the other.
Now, we stumbled upon unmissable videos shared by Shankar's fan pages, which feature Bollywood actor, Ranveer Singh gracing the lavish wedding of Aishwarya Shankar and Tarun Karthikeyan. Ranveer looked handsome as always in a black-hued sherwani featuring white threadwork on the jacket. He teamed his look with a pair of glasses and opted for a back-brushed hairdo. In the first video, he was seen dancing to the song by Anuradha Sriram and KK, Appadi Podu, and was joined by another prominent filmmaker, Atlee Kumar.

Not only that, in another video, Ranveer was seen doing some more moves along with the newly wedded bride, Aishwarya and her brother. Well, it seems with his super-energetic performance, Ranveer got extremely tired and was seen wearing only the black kurta and not the jacket. On the other hand, Aishwarya seemed to be wearing a peach-hued lehenga choli.
On April 15, 2024, Aishwarya Shankar married Tarun Karthikeyan in Chennai. The wedding was graced by who's who in the South Indian industry. In a few pictures from the event, we could spot Nayanthara and her husband, Vignesh Shivan posing with the newlywedded couple. Following them, we also spotted other stars, including Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Vikram, Suriya and Karthi, marking their presence at the lavish wedding.

For the wedding ceremony, Aishwarya stunned in a multicoloured embellished saree in pink and purple hues. She teamed it with a matching blouse with tassels on the sleeves. On the other hand, Aishwarya's groom twinned with her in a peach-toned kurta with dhoti. The couple looked simply a match made in heaven.
