Kangana Ranaut is a multi-talented woman, who has been consistently proving her calibre in versatile fields, from acting, filmmaking and now more recently, into politics. For the unversed, the actress is the elected representative for the Bharatiya Janta Party, contesting in the Lok Sabha elections 2024, from the district of Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. For quite some time now, the diva has been gathering headlines for her startling claims and statements during the election campaigning.
On May 7, 2024, talented Bollywood actor, Shekhar Suman joined the Bharatiya Janta Party in New Delhi. Right after his initiation into the party, the actor was asked a very interesting question by the media, who enquired if Shekhar would support Kangana Ranaut, who is a fellow member of the same political party in which he is affiliated to. For the unversed, Kangana dated Shekhar’s son, Adhyayan Suman, but they broke up a few years later, on a very bitter note. Coming back to Shekhar’s answer to the question, he wittily responded:
“Agar bulayenge toh kyu nahi jayenge? Yeh to mera farz hai, aur haq bhi.”

In yet another press conference after joining BJP, Shekhar Suman was asked about his seemingly sudden decision to join politics, which nobody had anticipated. For the unversed, the actor is simultaneously busy with the overwhelming responses and appreciation he got with his recent project, Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. To this, Shekhar expressed how he himself couldn’t believe about such a change in his life that had been awaiting. In his words:
“Till yesterday, I did not know that I would be sitting here today because many things in life happen knowingly or unknowingly. I have come here with a very positive thinking and I would like to thank God that he ordered me to come here.”
In an interview with IANS, Adhyayan Suman praised his ex-girlfriend, Kangana Ranaut, when it came to her political career. The actor admitted that the diva had done commendable work in both her acting and political career and added that he was sure about the same. However, when in another interaction with Siddharth Kannan, Adhyayan was asked about his past with Kangana, he simply denied commenting anything about it, as he considered it a closed chapter for the last 16 years.

After their breakup, back in 2017, Adhyayan Suman, through a series of press meets and interviews had accused his ex-GF, Kangana Ranaut of practicing black magic on him, which unfortunately made an adverse effect on his career. Thereafter, in another interview with News18 Showsha, Adhyayan remarked how he didn’t have absolutely any regret of speaking about his private life in public domain and said:
“I don’t regret speaking about my relationship. I spoke about it like any human being would. I spoke about it at a point when people didn’t know about my side of the story. If you recall, there were no press conferences arranged. I never created a hullabaloo saying that things happened with me. It was just once that I spoke out of respect for that person and more importantly, for myself.”
