Well, Sonam is enjoying the bliss of motherhood with her two-year-old baby boy, Vayu.
In a recent interaction with Hello India, Sonam Kapoor opened up about her motherhood duties. She remarked that her life with her two-year-old toddler is exciting for her, and she gets bounded by endless energy, curiosity and is full of surprises. Calling it a complete chaos, she said:
“Life with a toddler like Vayu is exciting! Each day is filled with boundless energy, curiosity and endless surprises. It’s a beautiful chaos that keeps us on our toes and reminds us to embrace the joy in every moment.”

Well, parenthood isn’t an easy responsibility and it is a compatible and balanced work of both father and mother to ensure that their child gets a nurturing environment to grow. Speaking along the same lines, Sonam Kapoor discussed how she and her hubby, Anand Ahuja balance parenting responsibilities along with their individual work commitments. Adding how they prioritise communication over everything else, she expressed:
“Anand and I believe in a collaborative approach to parenting and work. We prioritise communication, support and flexibility to ensure that both, our family life and professional endeavours, thrive. It’s about finding a harmonious balance that allows us to be present for each other and our son, while also pursuing our passions and goals.”
Moving further in the conversation, Sonam Kapoor revealed the biggest learning she has had all through her motherhood journey, and remarked valuing patience and power of love more than anything else. She revealed how she has nurtured a sense of trusting in instincts and accept imperfections as it is. In her words:
“One of the biggest learnings from my journey as a mother is the power of patience and unconditional love. Motherhood has taught me to trust my instincts, embrace imperfection and savour the simple joys of everyday life. It’s a journey of constant growth and discovery that has enriched my life in ways I never imagined.”

Previously, through a special note on her IG handle, Sonam Kapoor had opened up about how she has gradually strived to return to her normal fit self, after almost 16 months post-pregnancy. The diva added that she did it all in a slow pace, without diving into any crash diet, and added emphasising on self-care along with nurturing her son, Vayu.
