We all remember Urvashi Dholakia as ‘Komolika’ from Ekta Kapoor’s daily soap, Kasautii Zindagi Kay. She is a versatile actress and a proud single mommy of two, Sagar and Kshitij. Though Urvashi has made a name for herself in the industry and brought up her two sons with utmost grace and modesty, she often becomes an easy target of trolls.
Recently, Urvashi uploaded a couple of stunning pictures on her IG feed in a blue bikini, flaunting her stretch marks. However, the netizens brutally trolled the actress for her belly fat and visible stretch marks. Now, in a recent interview with the ETimes, her son, Kshitij revealed how he felt when his mom posted bold pictures on social media and got trolled for the same. He said:

“We have learned to be independent and work hard for a better tomorrow. We don't unnecessarily poke each other about anything. We are very much fine with her living her life on her own terms. I'm fine with her posting bold pictures on social media platforms.”

In the same conversation, Kshitij agreed that earlier, the trolls about his mother and him used to bother him a lot. Kshitij added that he used to block every single account after getting offended by their mean comments. But, over time, he developed a thick skin and learned to laugh at the haters. In his words:
"I used to read unusual comments and find some group of people trolling her on social media accounts. I remember when I was in high school I used to get trolled and would report so many profiles. But now I laugh at myself. I was silly because they don't have any existence in the real world."

And her son, Kshitij was also offered the show once his videos went viral on the internet. Talking about the same in the ETimes interview, he stated:
"I've been approached for the show for the past three years after my videos on social media started doing rounds. However,I have decided to hold off the idea for some time."
Since Urvashi’s separation from her ex-husband, she has been a strong independent woman. In many of her previous interviews, Urvashi had mentioned how she had faced a significant financial crisis during her children’s schooling. She had also worked on pilot episodes for only Rs. 3000 but got paid half of it by the makers.
