#1. Chocolate Meringue Pie
Ingredients:
Sugar- 3/4 cup
Cornflour- 1 tsp
Egg whites- 3
Salt- 1/4 tsp
Cocoa powder- 2 tsp

Method:
- Preheat oven to 300F.
- Whisk together sugar and cornflour.
- With a hand blender, beat egg whites and salt until frothy.
- Add the sugar-cornflour mix while beating constantly.
- Keep beating until glossy peaks are formed (for about 6-8 minutes).
- Add the cocoa powder and fold in well.
- Drop batter on a baking sheet.
- Bake until crisp, or for about 40 minutes.
- Let it cool completely on sheet. Your low-fat meringue pie is ready!

#2. Sugared Nuts
Ingredients
Egg whites- 1
Water- 1 tsp
Halved nuts of choice- 1 cup
Powdered sugar- 3 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder- 1/2 tsp
Method
- Preheat oven to 250F.
- Grease one baking sheet.
- Whip together the egg white and water until very light.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add the nuts to egg whites, and stir well.
- Remove the nuts, and roll them well in the sugar mix.
- Spread the nuts on the baking sheet.
- Bake at 250 degrees F (120 degrees C) for 1 hour. Low fat sugared nuts are done

#3. Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients
Shredded coconut- 3 cups
Egg whites- 2
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp
Method
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Whisk together egg whites, sugar, and vanilla until frothy. Add the shredded coconut and stir with a spatula until mixed well.
- Place tablespoons of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the macaroons are golden brown around the edges. Low-calorie macaroons are ready to enjoy!
#4. Nutty Cake
Ingredients
Egg whites- 6
Icing sugar- 200 gms
White flour- 120 gms
Chopped nuts of your choice- 100 gms
Orange zest for flavour
Method
- Whip egg whites with sugar until firm.
- Slowly add the rest of the ingredients.
- Fold in well.
- Grease the baking pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes on 338F. Enjoy your low-fat cake!

#5. Brownie
Ingredients
Dark chocolate, chopped- 100 gms
Unsalted butter- 2 tsp
Sugar- 1 cup
Egg white- 3
Prune puree- 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
White flour- 3/4 cup
Cocoa powder- 1/3 cup
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a saucepan, bring a cup of water to a simmer over low heat. Place chocolate and butter in a bowl and set bowl over pan. Stir occasionally until melted.
- Remove and keep aside and immediately whisk in sugar, egg white, prune puree, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- In another bowl, sift together flour and cocoa powder. Stir into chocolate mixture until mixed well.
- Spread the batter in a greased pan. Bake until top is firm, or for about 30 minutes.
- Let it cool completely in the pan. Cut the guilt-free brownie into equal squares and enjoy!
