Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani's home is located on South Mumbai's Altamount Road, which is also known as the 'Billionaires Road'. According to reports it is estimated to be the world's second most expensive property after London's prestigious Buckingham Palace. Bollywood singing legend, Asha Bhosle lives in the same locality. Her home is situated in Prabhukunj Apt on Peddar Road in South Mumbai, not many know that at the age of just sixteen, Asha eloped with 31-year-old, Ganpatrao Bhosle. However, the couple parted ways in 1960. They have three children and five grandchildren.
Late legendary singer, Lata Mangeshkar also lives in the same area as Mukesh Ambani and his family. Lata Mangeshkar lived a single life, she never married. According to reports the home cost him around Rs. 128 crores. However, not many know that Rana Kapoor was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) in 2020.
Another famous businessman family that lives in the same vicinity as Ambanis, is the chairman of Tata Group's company, Tata Sons, Mr N Chandrasekaran. He has been living in the place for the last five years. He had bought a duplex on the 11th and 12th floor of another tower for Rs. 98 crores. According to reports, the 28-storey high-rise building is located near Jaslok Hospital in south Mumbai. He has been residing in the duplex on lease.
