A famous paparazzo recently revealed why Jaya Bachchan often gets angry with shutterbugs and revealed that the actress has her own funda.
Jaya Bachchan is one of the most versatile actresses in Bollywood. The actress began her career with Satyajit Ray's Mahanagar when she was a teen. After that, Jaya played the lead role in the movie, Guddi. Later, the actress went on to do several movies and established herself as one of the most successful actresses in Bollywood. Apart from being an actress, Jaya has been an MP for the Samajwadi Party since 2004. Jaya's angry nature is known to everyone, and she often lashes out at the paps. Now, a pap recently revealed the reason for Jaya being angry at the paps.
Recently, in an interview with Aleena Dissects, a shutterbug, Manav Manglani, talked about Jaya Bachchan and revealed that she was not used to so much media. Manav further added that during Jaya's time, paps and as well as the media used to be very gentle, and now the number of paps has increased. Manav can be quoted as saying:
"She is not used to so much media. During her days, there were hardly a few people, who would do it all very gently. Now, the media has massively increased.”
In the same interview, Manav Manglani revealed that Jaya Bachchan doesn't mind when the paps are in any film's premiere or any event, but she gets irritated when the shutterbugs catch her off guard, for which she becomes uncomfortable spending her private time. The paparazzo further shared that Jaya Bachchan has her own funda, and she even often suggests angles to the paps. In Manav's words:
"She doesn’t mind them when they are at a press conference or film premiere. She hates it when they spot her off-guard. She gets shocked, ‘How come so many people gathered here, we were just out for a dinner.’ Then she has her fun banters also. She suggests angles to the paps. ‘Yeh niche kaha photo le rahe ho, iss angle se lo (Why are you clicking photo from a low angle, shoot it from here). She is not media savy. She was just used to four-five people from certain channel and that’s it.”
While being on Koffee With Karan, Neetu Kapoor was asked about Jaya Bachchan's habit of yelling at the paps. To this, the actress shared that she feels like Jaya does it on purpose, and the shutterbugs enjoy it and she also enjoys it. Neetu Kapoor added that Jaya is not like that and she's a very lovely kind of person.
Time and again, Jaya Bachchan had tiffs with the shutterbugs. Despite being a famous actress, she hates it when it comes to the photographers tracking her down at each step and capturing it, and for the same reason, she often gets irritated. Once, she was papped at the Indore airport with Amitabh Bachchan.
When she was being photographed by the paps, the clamour made the actress angry, and she lashed out at the photographers by saying, "Aese Logon Ko Naukri Se Nikal Dena Chahiye”. There have been several incidents in which Jaya got angry with the paps. The same happened during the screening of Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. When Jaya was posing, the shutterbugs yelled her name, and it made Jaya angry. She replied to the paps by saying:
"I am not deaf, aaram se baat karo."
