Aayush Sharma opened up on his personal life, and revealed that despite being well-connected wih a film family post marriage, he didn't had a smooth career.
Aayush Sharma made a smashing debut with the film, Loveyatri in 2018, under the production banner of his brother-in-law, Salman Khan. For the unversed, Aayush is married to the latter’s sister, Arpita Khan. Thereafter, he again associated with the latter for the film, Antim: The Final Truth, which featured Salman. However, despite having close associations with such a big film family as that of the Khans, Aayush hasn’t been able to create a sensational career as an actor yet. And now, he opened up on the same.
In a recent interaction with the Hindustan Times, Aayush Sharma opened up about the impact of his personal life, vis-a-vis his career. Aayush, who completed almost 5 years in Bollywood, was asked whether having such a close connection with Salman Khan meant it was easy for his career. Responding to the same, Aayush mentioned:
“I know I’m married into a film family but that’s different. I saw the industry from the outside and it looked very glamourous. I felt things will be easy after the launch. I felt that one movie will change my life. However, that was the biggest bubble that was burst. Launch helps you but then you have to go there every Friday to prove yourself again and again.”

Expressing along the same lines, Aayush was then asked if he feels left out, since he is not quite often seen in the spotlight, especially with the advent of the paparazzi culture. In his response, Aayush mentioned that since he is still trying to build a career, he doesn’t mind staying away from the constant need of being under the limelight. In his words:
“For me, working in a film is important. Besides that, I don’t find it very necessary to get clicked on daily basis or to be in the spotlight constantly. I think, just work is important today. And if you’re doing good work, they’ll remember you. I think the line between being an actor and being an influencer is getting blurred. This is something I personally don’t like. But if it works for other people, I don’t have an issue. As far as I am concerned, I think I am an actor and that’s what I am going to do.”
In a previous interaction with Bombay Times, Aayush opened up on the extensive trolling that he has faced, due to his personal life choices. He mentioned getting trolled, for marrying Arpita Khan, to become an actor. In retrospect, he mentioned that on the contrary, his wife doesn’t really care about the showbiz world, and is an independent and confident lady. Moreover, he also busted the myth of receiving a lot of expensive gifts from Salman Khan, and revealed that all such gossips are baseless.

In one of his previous TEDx talks, Aayush Sharma had once voiced his strong disregard against the frequent nasty trolling and criticism his wife, Arpita has to face on a daily basis. The actor slammed the faceless trolls, and revealed that mental agony it brings to his darling wife. Sharing how Arpita got trolled for her skin colour and body weight, Aayush had said:
“My wife she’s constantly trolled for being overweight. She’s a constant target that being a celebrity she should not be so fat or she should dress a certain way. She’s dark in colour. Every time a picture comes live, people are quick to remind her that she’s dark in colour. And let’s also come to terms with the fact that today beauty is no longer internal. Nobody wants to know how beautiful you are as a human being, but people want to see you beautiful externally."
