Bigg Boss 14 winner Rubina Dilak completed three years of togetherness with her darling husband, Abhinav Shukla. However, this year, the duo are not celebrating their big day together. As Rubina is in Mumbai and Abhinav is in Cape Town for the shoot of his upcoming show, Khatron Ke Khiladi 11. But the in-love couple made sure to wish each other on social media with special posts.

Rubina and Abhinav's love story is an inspiring one. The duo had met each other at a friend's house during Ganpati celebrations, wherein Abhinav had first seen her in a saree and instantly fell in love with him. In 2015, Rubina and Abhinav started dating later in 2018, and the duo tied the knot.
On June 21, 2021, Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla celebrated their third wedding anniversary. To make their day special, the duo shared lovely posts for each other on their respective Instagram handles. Abhinav shared a gorgeous picture of Rubina, which he clicked from one of their vacations. Rubina also made a special video for Abhinav to wish him on their third wedding anniversary. Along with it, she wrote, "You are my strength; you are my weakness! You are my light, you are my darkness. You are the storm, you are the calmness. I feel blessed growing every day with you, and enjoying our madness. Love you ma munchkin."

During Abhinav and Rubina's stint in Bigg Boss 14, they had revealed that they were facing a lot of disputes and had decided to divorce each other if things didn't work out in their favour. During an interview with RJ, Siddharth Kannan, Abhinav revealed the reason behind Rubina and his decision of seeking a divorce. Abhinav said, "Well if I honestly tell you, you will laugh. I forgot to bring her coffee. I am not kidding."
