Bollywood actor, Abhishek Bachchan opened up about his wife, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and shared how she reminds him of the important things in life.
Abhishek Bachchan is one of the most talented actors in Bollywood. He has proven his mettle in acting by working in blockbuster films like Dhoom, Dasvi, Dhoom 2, Guru, Bunty Aur Babli, Raavan, Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna, Run and many more. And now, he is bagging a lot of success for his recently released film, Ghoomer. Off lately, Abhishek has been sharing some lesser-known anecdotes about his wife, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. And now, the handsome actor shared how his darling wife reminds him of the important things in life.
In a recent podcast interview with Raj Shamani, Abhishek Bachchan opened up about his marital life with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Talking about the same, the actor revealed that his darling wife, Aishwarya reminds him of the important things in life. He shared that Aishwarya makes him understand that there are bigger things in life to care about than getting upset. Elaborating more on it, Abhishek said:
"You can come back and you can be irritated about anything. You know nowadays if you're in Mumbai, you're irritated about the traffic also. And sometimes she's like, What are you getting so hyper about? Calm down, you know there are more important things? You've come home and you have a healthy happy family."

Abhishek further added that how during Covid-19, Aishwarya made him understand the importance of having a healthy family. Talking about the same, the actor mentioned that his entire family was affected by the virus and he was the last one to get discharged from the hospital. Abhishek said that when he came home, his darling wifey told him they were lucky to be saved because there were families who lost their lost ones. In his words:
"I remember once she said this to me and it really hit me. This was during Covid, my father, my wife, my daughter and I were all in hospital at the same time. Slowly we got discharged one by one and I was the last one to come home. I was in hospital for almost a month and when I came back home, she said you know we're so lucky that we're all still here. There's so many families that have been ravaged by Covid and we're very lucky and what's more important."
Earlier, in an interview with the Humans of Bombay, Abhishek had opened up about his marital life with Aishwarya. Talking about the same, the actor shared it is Aishwarya who is managing their home and fulfilling all the responsibilities as he is busy at work. Mentioning how grateful he is to his darling wife, Abhishek said that Aishwarya does all the work 'selflessly'.

Earlier, Abhishek Bachchan along with his Ghoomer co-star, Saiyami Kher and director, R Balki talked about their upcoming film in a promotional interview with ETimes. During the interview, the trio played a fun rapid-fire round and revealed some lesser-known anecdotes about themselves. On being asked about the one co-star with whom he would love to take a selfie, the actor replied that it is his wife, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan because she takes the best ones and can make anyone look good. In his words:
"My wife. I think she takes the best ones, at least then you know she'll make you look good."
