Aditi Rao Hydari has indeed spread the aura of her charm amongst the masses after giving an astonishing performance in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. The actress was seen in the role of 'Bibbojaan' in the series. If reports are to be believed, she was paid a whopping amount of Rs 1 to 1.5 crore for her role, and surely she did proper justice to the same. Now, in a candid conversation, she revealed certain unknown things about her, one of which was that she always wanted to be a Mani Ratnam heroine.
Netflix India shared a video on its official IG handle, featuring Aditi Rao Hydari in a candid conversation with them as she revealed certain unknown anecdotes related to her love language, a childhood habit, her dream job and many more. At the beginning of the video, she was asked about one childhood habit that has stayed with her. To this, she explained that she loves to sit on her mother or grandmothe's lap and said, "I still sit on my mum's lap, my grandmother's lap, like basically a lap." Afterwards, Aditi can be heard explaining what is the love language for her. She mentioned that authenticity, being able to say what she wants, good food, and tight hugs are some of them.

Then, Aditi was asked what she would have done differently compared to her role in Heeramandi. To this, she promptly answered, "I wouldn't wear a heavy ghagra and dance near a fountain. That was super dangerous." Following this, Aditi talked about her soul food, which is Idli and Podi Idli. She also mentioned that the South Indian in her comes out when she sees Idli. In the end, she was asked about her dream job as a child, and while answering the same, the actress mentioned that she always wanted to be a Mani Ratnam heroine. However, now that she has worked with both Mani Ratnam and SLB, she is overwhelmed. For the unversed, she worked with Mani Ratnam in his two films, including Kaatru Veliyidai and Chekka Chivantha Vaanam. She added:
"To be a Mani Ratnam heroine. Actually! But now I get, yeah, double whammies. Mani Ratnam and Sanjay Leela Bhansali. I have a good life."
Currently, a video from one of the scenes of Aditi Rao Hydari's recently released series, Heeramandi, has been going viral all over the internet. In the video, Aditi's way of walking in one of the songs in the series has etched a special place in the hearts of her millions of fans. Talking about her looks, the actress was seen wearing a black-hued choli teamed with a heavy zardozi lehenga, and a sheer dupatta. As soon as the video was shared on Reddit, netizens started reacting to the same.

Coming to her personal life, Aditi got engaged to the love of her life and actor, Siddharth in April 2024. In an interview with Puja Talwar, Aditi also talked about Siddharth's reaction after he watched her acting in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Heeramandi. Aditi added that Siddharth was so overwhelmed that he was unable to speak. Moreover, the actress shared that her doting fiance also teared up after he watched her in Heeramandi. Further adding how Siddharth ended up comparing his role as a martyr in Rang De Basanti to that of her character as 'Bibbojaan' in Heeramandi, she mentioned that from now on, there would be two freedom fighters in their household. Aditi shared:
“He loved Heeramandi. He was so overwhelmed that he couldn’t speak. He was crying and his eyes were swollen. He told me he wanted to meet Sanjay Leela Bhansali sir as soon as he could."
