Amid the chaos over her brother, Luv Sinha not attending her wedding, Sonakshi Sinha claims most people joined in to celebrate her marriage with Zaheer Iqbal.
Sonakshi Sinha’s alleged tiff with her brother, Luv Sinha surfaced ever since reports about the latter not attending his sister’s wedding came up. It all began when Luv initially claimed that he had nothing to do with the actress’ nuptials with Zaheer Iqbal. Thereafter, through frequent social media clarifications and posts, Luv revealed that he chose to skip his sister’s wedding since he didn’t wish to ‘associate with certain people’. And now, Sonakshi’s startling response about the guests at her wedding surprised many.
While neither Sonakshi Sinha nor Luv Sinha have addressed murmurs about their speculated rift with one another, it was one of the actress’ latest remark that has raised quite a few eyebrows on the matter. In a recent interview with the Hindustan Times, Sonakshi expressed how everyone attended her wedding, especially seeing the viral videos from her big-day. In her words:
“I feel everyone has attended my wedding. In fact, Zaheer and I went to Singapore and at the coffee shop, people were sending us congratulatory messages with pastries. Everyone who came to us and spoke to us was like, ‘Oh, we have seen all the videos from your wedding’, and I was like, ‘Yes, everyone has been a part of our big day. It was really sweet.”

Speaking along the same lines, Sonakshi then spilled beans on her quick getaway to Singapore with her husband, Zaheer Iqbal for their honeymoon. The diva revealed that she chose this particular destination for a very special reason. She narrated:
“Actually, my bestie had a baby five days before the wedding so she couldn’t make it, so we decided to go to Singapore to surprise her and meet her baby and her.”
Towards the concluding segment of the interview, Sonakshi Sinha reflected on the changes in her life post-marriage, and added how as a whole, she doesn’t feel very different. On the contrary, for her marriage meant like living her whole life together with her best friend. Adding how the best relationships never change a person, Sonakshi said:
“I am very happy being back at work, I didn’t go anywhere, it feels. It’s great actually and that’s the beauty of it. I was just thinking that nothing much has really changed in my life except that I get to live with my best friend now. And that’s the most fun part… Other than that, it’s been normal. That’s what lovely relationships do that they don’t make you change who you are. So yeah, life is great. He’s lovely. I am a lucky girl.”

Earlier, during an interview with Zoom, Sonakshi Sinha addressed reports of expecting her first child with her husband, Zaheer Iqbal. Well, such surprising speculations floated as soon as the couple was spotted exiting a hospital days after their wedding. On the contrary, Sonakshi revealed that the only change marriage has brought in her life is the fact that she cannot even visit a hospital without people starting to speculate about her pregnancy.
