Recently, the actress shed pure elegance as she walked the Paris Fashion Week 2024 ramp walk in a pretty red dress, but still, she remained unsuccessful to impress the fashion police, who yet again went on the road to criticise her. Amid this, we stumbled upon an old interview of Aishwarya when she hit back at the fashion police for mocking her.
In an interview with Mid-day, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was asked about the criticism that comes her way through the fashion police. Talking about the same, the gorgeous actress revealed that shringaar depends on a person's personal choice and it has always been a part of who that person is, thus one should not be judgemental about the same. Aishwarya said:
"Shringaar has been part of who we are. It's an individual choice and people need to stop judging each other."
The actress added that while she doesn't disrespect the criticism that she faces, she also doesn't take it to heart. Aishwarya added that she is very familiar with the fact that a celebrity can face utmost praise or heavy criticism. In Aishwarya's words:
"There can be immense praise or criticism, which comes with being a celebrity. I don't disrespect it, but it doesn't spear through my heart."
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan turned heads as she slipped into a red-toned bubble-hem gown. The dress was off-shouldered and featured a square neckline. The dark red hue complemented Aishwarya's fair tone, and she finalised her look with glam makeup. She ditched any kind of jewels and only wore her Vanki ring. Red lipstick and middle-parted open hair were enough to add the final touch to her look. Well, Aishwarya, being a Queen, didn't let anyone understand the wardrobe malfunction she faced while walking the ramp. The dress she wore featured a 7-meter-long trail, and had the inscription of 'We Are Worth It' written on it.
When the actress graced the stage, her assistants carried the trail and placed it on the stage, but when Aishwarya moved forward, the trail got de-attached. Aishwarya didn't pay heed to the same and aced in her ramp walk as always. Well, Aishwarya's look yet again irked the netizens, and they again criticised her for showcasing similar kind of styles.
