Birthdays in childhood were the best! A handful of friends would be invited. The menu would be simple, consisting of delicious homecooked foods, and the gifts would be simpler, like crayons and pencil boxes. Much nostalgia? Well, in the era of throwing lavish and grand birthday parties, celebrities, Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna, still believe in hosting warm and intimate house parties on their children’s birthdays.
With no midnight messages or surprise, they arranged a beautiful party for their daughter, Nitara, on the evening of September 25, 2022. And around her close ones, the little one celebrated her birthday to the fullest but also created a beautiful mess, which will leave you in splits.

September 25, 2022, marked Nitara’s 10th birthday bash. And to make the day more special, Twinkle Khanna and Akshay Kumar hosted a warm and cosy house party, inviting all of her friends. Taking to her IG handle, she shared sneak peeks from the same. In the pictures, Twinkle was seen laughing her heart out with her darling hubby, Akshay, while their little munchkin was busy playing with her freinds and creating a beautiful mess of balloons in the room. Alongside it, she penned:
“And just like that she turns 10. Our home is a mess but our hearts are full. Happy birthday my bright, beautiful baby!”
Twinkle Khanna, the actress turned author, is a responsible parent, who always keeps from revealing much of her daughter’s face. Earlier, in an interview with Yahoo, Twinkle was asked about the reason behind the same. Answering this, she had said:
“I think she (Nitara) is very young and she should get her privacy. I don’t really put up pictures of my son Aarav. As parents, we try to keep them away from the limelight until they understand the consequences and learn to handle themselves.”

In an old interview with a leading daily, Akshay Kumar was asked how his kids, Nitara and Aarav, deal with the pap culture. After that, Akshay openly talked about the paparazzi culture and revealed that his children were scared to step out because of the paps. He had said:
"Star kids have enough pressure in life; the world doesn’t need to increase it by trolling innocent children. It breaks my heart to hear my daughter say she doesn’t want to go out for family dinners because there will be paparazzi, and she hates the flashing lights. Or Aarav not wanting to come for a movie since he’s just finished training and doesn’t want to deal with people saying he looks tired or sweaty, on Instagram.” Well, this is truly sad. Isn’t it?”
