The lovebirds never leave a stone unturned to make each other feel special on their respective important dates and days. For the unknown, Richa and Ali had met each other for the first time on the sets of the highly successful film, Fukrey, back in 2012. Although initially, Ali and Richa had developed a friendly bond without any expectations and started spending more time with each other.

According to a report in the Bombay Times, Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha are reportedly going to get married on October 6, 2022. If the report is to be believed, the wedding festivities will start from the last week of September and will reportedly go on till October 2, 2022. Ali and Richa's wedding is going to be a grand spectacle, as time and again, in their respective interview, the much-in-love couple has admitted that they always wanted their wedding to be a grand affair. This is why they ditched the idea of an intimate manner and waited for things to get normal post-COVID-19 pandemic. The report further revealed the date when the couple's Mumbai reception would take place.
It was only last month when a report in the Hindustan Times claimed that Ali Fazal and his ladylove, Richa Chadha are planning to complete their respective shooting schedules before September 25, 2022. The reason behind this was the fact that their wedding festivities would take place in the last week of September. The couple is reportedly going to be unavailable from the last week of September to the first week of October, as the stakes are high. That will be the time period when we will witness their much-awaited wedding. The report could be read as:
"Both Ali and Richa will wrap up all pending shoots till September 25 and their respective teams also have been told to ensure they don't take any more work commitments post that."

The report further shared details about Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha's wedding festivities. If the report is to be believed, after Richa and Ali's wedding, the couple will organise three reception parties for their family, friends, and industry mates. Reflecting more on their pre-wedding ceremonies, the report further stated that Ali and Richa were planning to do some unique things at their sangeet and mehendi ceremonies. Here's what the report had stated:
"There's a sangeet, a wedding ceremony with traditional rituals, which would be more of an intimate family affair, and three receptions — one smaller intimate one with the family in Mumbai, one bigger party for all industry friends and one in Delhi, as Richa's extended family is there. They will do thoda sa different and quirky things, not what you typically see at Bollywood celebrity sangeet functions. That's what who Richa and Ali are."
