The stunning actress, who had recently donned the hat of a producer with the film, Darlings is enjoying every moment of her pregnancy phase. Ever since Alia announced the news of her pregnancy, her fans have been hooked on social media to know every deets about the same.
On August 8, 2022, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor were papped at the Mumbai airport, and it was reported that the duo had headed for their babymoon. As per multiple reports, Alia and Ranbir had taken a vacation for a week and headed to Italy to spend some time with each other.

On August 9, 2022, Alia Bhatt took to her IG handle and posted the first picture from her babymoon in Italy. Alia looked stunning in her sun-kissed picture and thanked her fans for pouring their love on her. Along with the picture, she wrote, “Eternally grateful for this sunshine – THANK YOU for al the love my lovesssss.”. However, it was Sonam Kapoor‘s comment on the picture, which confirmed that Alia is on her babymoon. Sonam’s comment can be read as:
“I went there for my Babymoon too. It is literally the best. Have fun!”
In an interview with Mashable India, Alia Bhatt had opened up about the reporting around her pregnancy. When the actress was asked if it ever annoys her how the mainstream media talks about her hiding or flaunting her baby bump, she quipped:
"Well, it's such an entertaining question. I'm not annoyed at all. Doesn't even make my eyelids bat."

In the same interview, Alia also added the media has run out of things to write about her. Reacting to publishing houses calling her a newlywed and then writing stories about her baby bump, Alia had retorted:
"I think they've run out of new things to write about me. So when I got married, I was newly-wed Alia. Now, I'm pregnant Alia, pregnancy glow Alia, or mom-to-be Alia, baby bump hiding Alia and, baby bump flaunting Alia. Well, I don't even want to give it attention."
