During the promotion of her upcoming film, 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani', Alia Bhatt revealed her husband, Ranbir Kapoor's opinion on the movie's songs and also mentioned other anecdotes.
Bollywood celebs, Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh are busy promoting their upcoming film, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani. The film features the duo in the lead roles, along with veteran actors, Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, and Jaya Bachchan, among others. It will hit the theatres on July 28, 2023, and by far, three songs, including Tum Kya Mila, Jhumka Gire Re and Ve Kamleya, have already been released. Now, Alia and Ranveer revealed their respective better halves' opinions on their songs and acting in the movie.
On July 21, 2023, Alia Bhatt graced a promotional event for her upcoming film, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani, along with her co-star, Ranveer Singh and others. During the course of the event, Alia was asked about her husband, Ranbir Kapoor’s reaction to the film's trailer and songs. To this, Alia revealed that Ranbir loved the trailer, and right from the beginning, she has been making him listen to the film's songs several times. She said:
“Ranbir loved the trailer. In general, he is a huge Pritam Da fan. They have given their biggest hits together. Karan (Johar), Pritam Da and Ranbir have given a fantastic album together. When the songs were being made, since then, I have been making Ranbir listen to the songs."

Further, Alia mentioned how she involves Ranbir in each project. Thus, when he heard about Karan Johar's directorial and listened the songs before their release, he mentioned that the songs would be a hit. In Alia's words:
“When he heard Tum Kya Mile and What Jhumka, he said, ‘Yeh accha hai, this will really work’. When I am working on a film, with my enthusiasm, I take him along the journey even if he has other things to do."
During the same event, Ranveer Singh also revealed his wife, Deepika Padukone's take on his upcoming movie. The actor revealed that his wife is extremely excited about the film's release. Moreover, the loving husband revealed that his doting wife keeps singing his film's songs around the house. Ranveer said:
“Deepika is really excited and is looking forward to seeing the movie. She loved the trailer and she understands what it means to me to be in Karan Johar’s directorial as a lead. It is a big deal. He is one of the eminent filmmakers of our country. She knows that it means a lot to me and she is very excited for me. She is very excited to see this performance. She keeps singing the songs around the house. I cannot wait for her to see the film and know what she thinks about it."

For the unversed, Alia is married to her childhood crush, Ranbir and the duo is blessed with a cute little daughter, Raha. Thus, when Alia attended another promotional event for her upcoming film, she was asked about her daughter. In a video which then surfaced in the media, Alia was heard sharing that she wants her daughter, Raha to become a scientist.
