Alia Bhatt is the leading diva among her generation of actresses in Bollywood. She has been making a lot of achievements in the past few years, which has given her immense recognition and global stardom. Speaking about her acting journey, Alia has come a long way from her debut film, Student Of The Year to her recently-released film, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. In her personal life, Alia is happily married to Ranbir Kapoor and the duo is living a happy bliss with their daughter, Raha. However, despite gaining such mammoth success, Alia becomes the victim of trolling and criticism every now and then. And something similar happened when an old clip of her from 2015 made its way again on social media.
Recently, an old clip of Alia Bhatt and Shahid Kapoor from 2015 made its way to the discussion forum, Reddit. The duo had graced the show, Comedy Nights With Kapil, to promote their then-released film, Shaandaar. In the clip, the show’s host, Kapil Sharma asked Alia from which age she has been an ardent fan of her co-star, Shahid Kapoor. The actress, who after a lot of calculation and confusion of dates, replied that she watched Shahid’s debut film, Ishq Vishk when she was 12 years old. However, this contradicted to her own date of birth, since Alia was born in 1993, and the film was released in 2003. At the end of the clip, Shahid was seen correcting Alia by mentioning that she would have been 10-years-old and not 12 at that time.

Well, as usual, the eagle-eyed netizens were quick to take note of the mistake Alia made in forgetting her own date of birth. Taking to the comment section of the post, they started trolling and criticising the actress for the same. While someone felt that it was just so annoying to watch Alia behave dumb during her initial years of career, others took a dig at her present personality and hinted how her husband, Ranbir Kapoor’s PR had done wonders to hide her low IQ.
A few days back, another thread on Reddit shared a clip of Alia Bhatt from one of her previous interviews with Femina. In the video, the actress could be seen listing out all her firsts that she had achieved in her past one year. However, what grabbed everyone’s attention was that Alia seemed to be unconsciously twitching her lips during the entire video, which gave the appearance of an awkward lip movement. Soon enough, netizens took to the comment section and began pointing out at Alia’s flaw. While a user suggested that it might be a facial defect, another felt that it was perhaps because Alia got under the knife and did some lip treatment.

A few months earlier Alia Bhatt attended a session along with eminent Hollywood actors, Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan, for the upcoming film, Heart Of Stone. Interestingly, a particular segment of the interview was trimmed and uploaded on Reddit, where netizens reacted to Alia Bhatt’s unprofessional body postures in the interview. She could be seen making unusual facial expressions and looking disinterested in the interview, while her other co-stars shared their views on the film. Netizens left no stone unturned in criticising her for the same.
