Following the success of the 2000 release, she then went on to star in several blockbusters like Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, Zameer: The Fire Within, and Ye Hai Jalwa, among others. And at the age of 49, she has done it again, as rumours of her romance with businessman, Nirvaan Birla, abound. Ameesha Patel has had quite an eventful love life, having dated at least four married men. Her first relationship to garner a wave of attention was with married director, Vikram Bhatt, who was eight years older than her. Their rumoured affair reportedly lasted five years, but they eventually decided to split. Later, in an interview, the actress confessed that dating Vikram had been one of her biggest mistakes in life.
Ameesha Patel's relationship with London-based businessman, Kanav Puri, reportedly started in 2008. However, the two decided to part ways two years later when Ameesha chose to focus more on her career.
Later, Ameesha was linked to businessman and IPL team owner, Ness Wadia. The latter had apparently had a crush on the actress since his teenage years, and when they ran into each other at a gym in Bombay, love blossomed. As per some reports, the two would often exchange letters, and Ness even sent Ameesha several gifts. However, the relationship came to an end when the actress decided to put her career first yet again.
Ameesha Patel allegedly had a short-lived relationship with producer and business partner, Kunal Goomer. Some reports have even stated that Ameesha used to live in the same house as her then-boyfriend, Kunal and his wife, Shamli. However, the actress has never addressed these claims officially, nor has she commented on her relationship with the producer.
Ameesha, who is known for being an avid social media user, recently took to Instagram with some cozy pictures featuring businessman, Nirvaan Birla. In them, she appeared to be in Nirvaan's arms, which naturally led to widespread curiosity about her relationship status.
Not only was Ameesha sitting on Nirvaan's lap in the photo, but they also seemed to be twinning in black outfits. Ameesha included a caption that revealed they were in Dubai with the post, writing:
"DUBAI —- lovely evening with my darling @nirvaanbirla"
Ameesha's caption was also peppered with heart emojis. And Nirvaan responded to the same in the comment section with "Too much fun! Love you," followed by a blue heart. For the unversed, Nirvaan Birla is the son of industrialists, Yashovardhan Birla and Avanti Birla. He is an entrepreneur himself and a singer, too.
