Bollywood superstar, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan's love story, is what we all crave in our life. They have been each other's pillar of strength in all the ups and downs of life. And their unseen pictures often trends on social media, giving a sneak peek of the love they have for each other. Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan had married on June 3, 1973, in a rush.
Talking about their love story, it all started when Jaya had first seen the six-foot-tall, Amitabh at Pune Film Institute. But it wasn't just a simple crush that might have passed away, but rather destiny was writing the biggest love story of all time. And soon their paths had crossed again on the sets of the film, Guddi (1971). Jaya had felt the first brush of love. And while Jaya was already in love, Amitabh didn't see her the same way, until they had worked again in the film, Ek Nazar (1972). And rest is, all history!

Recently, we stumbled upon an unseen picture of Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan from the sets of their movie, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Ghum. In the picture, we can see Jaya Bachchan gushing and Amitabh was hugging her cutely. The couple looked stunning in the candid moment. Check it out below:
Amitabh, who likes journaling, had shared once in his blog that his father, late Harivansh Rai Bachchan had told him to get married if he wanted to go out on a holiday. He had narrated the whole incident that why he had tied the knot in a rush. He had written:
"I lived on the 7th Road of this society in a rented house. The marriage had been decided among us, nothing to be exaggerated or celebrated with any aplomb. Just the two families and done. Off to London, my first trip ever and hers too. Zanjeer a success and a promise that if it did well we would all - a gang of our friends - would go on a holiday to London!"
Amitabh Bachchan had further opened up on his father's advice and had written:
"Seeking or rather informing parents that we were a group of friends going to England, who all are going came the query from Babuji, names disclosed, Jaya is also going with you. You both are alone. Yes. If you have to go marry and go. Ok. Pandit and family informed. Next day all set, flight at night, marriage to finish before the flight. I dress up in formal marriage Indian, get into my car and want to drive to Malabar Hill where her friends lived and where the ceremony was to be done .. my driver Nagesh, pushes me out and insist he would drive me to the wedding. The substitute for the tradition horse. Off I went, wedding over in a few hours. Done, Mr and Mrs proclaimed. over!"
