Amrita Rao for the first time in fourteen years of being with her husband, Anmol didn't talk to him for ten days as he left for Vipassana.
Amrita Rao and RJ Anmol were in a secret relationship even before they made their wedding official for the world. The couple not only secretly dated each other but also got married in a hush-hush wedding ceremony in Pune. Amrita and Anmol have been together for fourteen years, and for the first time, they have been away from each other for ten days without any point of contact.
On July 19, 2023, Amrita took to her Instagram handle and shared a mushy video. In the clip, Amrita was seen hugging Anmol on the balcony of their home. Alongside it, she revealed how Anmol left for ten days for Vipassana, and this was the first time that they were away from each other without any contact. The couple didn't even text or call each other.

After ten days, Amrita recorded the video again on their balcony and waited for him to arrive. She revealed that she kept coming to the balcony and missed him. Amrita added that she had mixed feelings of being nervous and excited to meet Anmol after ten days. At the end of the video, Anmol teased her, and they end up giving a big hug to each other. Alongside it, Amrita wrote:
"Jab We Met… after 10 Days of Anmol’s Vipassana! First time in our 14yrs - No Vid Call, No Ph Call No Connect I wanted to Record our Meetings"

For the unversed, on their show, Couple of Things, Amrita and Anmol had revealed that they had not tied the knot on May 15, 2016, but rather way back in 2014. For the longest time, the couple had kept their relationship away from the media glare.
Amrita and Anmol also talked about their pregnancy journey which was filled with a lot of struggles. In one of the Vlog, Anmol and Amrita revealed that they had opted for almost all the techniques to get pregnant. From surrogacy to IVF, nothing worked for them. However, after four years, they had naturally embraced parenthood, and they got to know about it on March 11, 2020. The couple welcomed their baby boy on November 1, 2020.
