An IITian Turned 'Sadhu' Left Reporter Shocked With His Words At Maha Kumbh: 'Kaha Jaoge Yahi Aaoge'

In the ongoing Maha Kumbh, several dignitaries, 'sadhus' and saints have arrived, and among them an IITian turned 'sadhu' left everyone in shock.

Amidst it, we spotted another notable personality, who, with his words, proved that, in life, God is the ultimate truth, and rest is all just a play.

An IItian Space Engineer turned sadhu, shared his experience at Maha Kumbh

For the unversed, Kumbh Mela is an important pilgrimage which is celebrated every 12 years. It is considered the largest gathering on earth. According to our scriptures, Kumbh is held at four riversides, namely Praygraj, Haridwar, Nashik, and Ujjain. Now, we stumbled upon a video of a sadhu with his brightest smile, soaking in every moment of the Maha Kumbh.

A reporter asked the sadhu, he looked well-educated. To which he smiled and revealed that he had studied at IIT Mumbai. He also shared that he had done space engineering, leaving everyone in shock. When the reporter enquired how he landed up in this 'avastha'. The IItian-turned-sadhu said:

"Yeh avastha toh sabse best awastha hai. Gyaan ke peeche chalte jao chalte jao, kaha jaoge, yahi aaoge."

Another highlight of the sadhu's conversation was when he said that a person can die anytime. So, it is better to keep laughing. He wanted to die laughing. He said that if it was his last day and he didn't smile, he wouldn't be able to stop time. He was quoted as saying:

"Haste haste marunga mai. Kabhi bhi ant ho sakta hai na. Agar nahi has toh ekdum se lagega mai toh busy tha. Bhagwan ruko ruko, time ko ruko. Tabi toh is moment par rahege, shant bhi rahe sakte hai. Jarruri nahi hasna, par sahi hai hasna blissful state hota hai na."

Netizens react to the sadhu's wise words

As soon as the video went viral, netizens flooded the comments section. One user wrote, "Reporter se zyada educated." Another one commented, "I see pain in his laugh. Pure Soul." A third user penned, "He's actually attained Nirvaana.....blessed soul!!" Someone even pointed how 'avastha' wasn't right."
