Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding festivities have kickstarted with their first function — Lagan Lakhvanu. We got the first glimpse of the bride-to-be, Radhika and we are in awe. Before we take you further, let us remind you that Anant and Radhika were childhood friends. However, the reports of them dating started circulating in 2018, when the duo's first picture went viral on the internet, wherein they were seen donning green robes. Later, Radhika's closeness with the Ambani family further hinted at her brewing love for Anant.
For Lagan Lakhvanu, bride-to-be, Radhika picked a pastel blue-toned lehenga from Anamika Khanna. Her outfit featured a beautiful floral pink choli, which was teamed with a pastel blue-toned lehenga with a matching dupatta, which was pinned over her shoulder in a saree style. Radhika accessorised her look with a three-layered neckpiece, matching earrings, a maang teeka, and a diamond bracelet.

Radhika kept her makeup minimal for the afternoon function. Highlighted makeup with soft pink cheeks, glossy lips, perfectly lined eys and a red bindi completed her look. Wavy centre parted hair added more the need glam to her look.
For those who don't know, Lagan Lakhvanu is the first Gujarati wedding ceremony. The ceremony marks the writing of the first wedding invite, which is called Kankotri. It is then presented to God as a token of invitation and the family seeks blessings for the soon-to-be married couple and their families. Radhika and Anant are rooted in their religion, which is one of the reasons why we are going to see them following a lot of traditions.
On December 29, 2022, Radhika and Anant got rokafied in an intimate ceremony at Shrinathji Temple in Nathdwara, Rajasthan. For the ceremony, Radhika looked gorgeous in a pink suit with gotta patti work on the yoke of the kurta. She styled her look with a scallop-border dupatta. Another highlight of her look was the floral haath phool. On the other hand, Anant Ambani donned a purple-hued kurta.
We also spotted Nita Ambani looking gorgeous in tones of pink and orange patola suit. She styled her look with a statement-long neckpiece. Kokilaben Ambani was wearing her pink saree. Mukesh Ambani and Akash Ambani were also seen posing with the soon-to-be-married couple.
