Shah Rukh Khan's daughter, Suhana Khan is all set to make her Bollywood debut with the film, 'The Archies'. Here's how her best friend, Ananya Panday reacted to the same!
Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter, Suhana Khan is all set to make her acting debut with Zoya Akhtar’s film, The Archies. Ever since the trailer of the much-anticipated drama has been launched, everyone is waiting with bated breath to see Suhana gracing the silver screens. Well, just like everyone else, Suhana Khan’s best friend, Ananya Panday is also excited to see her performance in the film, and her reaction is unmissable.
In an interview with News18 Showsha, Ananya Panday opened up about her best friend, Suhana Khan's Bollywood debut and heaped praises on her. The Gehraiyaan actress shared that even Suhana is very confident about her debut and added that the latter is very good at what she does. Ananya said:
“She is not nervous. She is very confident and I think she is very good at what she does. So I am actually very excited to see her. After The Archies teaser everyone is loving her."

In the same interview, Ananya Panday was asked to reveal if she is jealous of her best friend, Suhana Khan, who is going to step into Bollywood. To which, the 28-year-old actress shared that Suhana’s entry into the entertainment industry will increase the competition, but that doesn't make her feel insecure. However, Ananya also mentioned that it will be inspiring for her since Suhana's work will push her to work harder. In her words:
“I don’t feel insecure, I feel competitive. I have always been competitive. I think it’s good to have healthy competition because it keeps you motivated. It makes me want to work even harder. It is inspiring whenever new talent comes because you get to see what good work is out there, you get to learn from people."
While Suhana will make her debut with the film, The Archies, Ananya is all set for her upcoming film, Dream Girl 2, opposite Ayushmann Khurrana. During the interview, Ananya cited the example of Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan’s recently-released film, Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’s success and further hoped that just like this movie, her film, Dream Girl 2, also performs well at the box office. She concluded:
“Everything is changing all the time so I don’t want to get too excited or too confident. It is very good for the industry that Zara Hatke Zara Bachke has performed well. It feels like films are back, people are going to watch movies, they want to get entertained. They are looking for different kinds of films. I hope Dream Girl does well."

Reports about Ananya Panday and Aditya Roy Kapur dating each other have been doing the rounds for some time now.
