Ananya Panday spills the tea on epic after-parties at SRK's Mannat and the life lessons she has learned from him!
Ananya Panday has always been open about her close bond with Shah Rukh Khan’s family, especially his kids Suhana Khan and Aryan Khan. In a recent candid chat with Filmfare, the actress shared what it’s like to party at Mannat, SRK’s iconic Mumbai residence. From late-night burger sessions to heartfelt conversations, Ananya revealed that the best parties are the “after-after parties” that end at Mannat.
Ananya recently sat for a candid chat with Jitesh Pillaai on the show, In The Ring With Filmfare. At one point, the Call Me Bae actress was asked to spill some deets into the most memorable parties she had attended at Mannat. To this, Ananya shared that the real fun begins after the actual party is over. The actress said:
"The best parties are the ones that end at Mannat. After we go to places - for example after Manish's (Malhotra) Diwali party - me, Suhana, Shah Rukh sir, Shanaya and Navya, we went back, sat and ate our burgers and discussed what happened through the night. And sometimes we continue dancing, just a few of us and those are the best parties. The after-after parties."
Reflecting on the parties at Mannat, Ananya shared how these intimate gatherings, often involving SRK himself, have become cherished memories for the actress and her closest friends. The CTRL star also expressed her admiration for her ‘idol’, Shah Rukh Khan. She praised his ability to make everyone around him feel special, whether they’re family or someone he is meeting for the first time. Ananya remarked:
"The way he (SRK) is and the way he makes the people around him feel. Not just family but any person he comes in contact with. I think that is such a charming quality. I wish to be even one per cent of that one day."
Like every conversation around SRK, Ananya’s reflection circled back to the way the superstar manages to be there for everyone, despite his busy schedule. Ananya shared that witnessing someone as legendary as Rukh Khan balance his career with actively helping his children with their schoolwork and daily tasks was incredibly inspiring.
Earlier, in an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Ananya’s mom, Bhavana Pandey shared how Shah Rukh Khan has played the role of a father figure in the house while Gauri handled the social front. Talking about his impression of Ananya and her sister, Rysa, Bhavana shared:
“There’s so much to learn from him. And I am actually very glad that the children spent so much time around him. Because it’s not about being Shah Rukh Khan, it’s how he has been as a father to Suhana, Aryan and now AbRam. And how he has been with my children. It’s been amazing.”
