Ananya Panday reacted as she was asked about the viral video featuring her cleverly flipping her phone as it flashed Walker Blanco's name on the display while she was at an event.
Ananya Panday has been rising high in her professional life. The actress made her acting debut with the movie, Student Of The Year 2. While, in the early stage of her career, Ananya Panday had to face a lot of criticism, her last few films have left everyone re-think their perspective on her grasp over acting. Ananya was last seen in the movie, Kho Gaye Hum Kahan and Call Me Bae. She will be next seen in the movie, CTRL. Ananya Panday's relationship with Walker Blanco made it to the headlines a few months ago. Reports have been rife that the actress has introduced Walker as her partner at Anant Ambani's wedding. While the actress or Walker hasn't yet addressed the rumours, the way the former was flaunting her 'AW' inscribed necklace, made everyone believe in the buzz even firmly. Walker, too, has been sharing cutesy supporting posts of 'Annie', i.e., Ananya.
Amid this, a video reportedly made rounds on social media, wherein Ananya Panday's phone was seen flashing Walker Blanco's name as he called her during an event. If the report by News18 is to be believed, Walker's name was saved with a lot of cutesy emoticons. While Ananya was in the middle of an event, she reportedly couldn't receive Walker's call and flipped her phone to hide the same. Well, in a recent interview with News18 Showsha, Ananya was asked about the same.
Replying to this, Ananya added that she has now given up on these matters, as she realised that the more she would try to hide something, the more she would be caught doing it. The actress further added that she doesn't care about this and she is not trying to hide anything. In Ananya's words:
"I’ve given up at this point. I’ve realised that the more I try to hide something or be sneaky, the more I get caught doing it. So. I’ve just let go now. Whatever! I don’t care now. I’m not trying to hide anything.”
As per a report by The Times Of India, Ananya Panday has introduced Walker Blanco as her partner as she graced Anant Ambani's wedding. The rumoured couple was seen lost in each other as they danced together at the same event. Another report by Times Now stated that Ananya and Walker first met at Jamnagar during Anant Ambani's first pre-wedding soiree, and instantly hit it off. The duo reportedly shared their numbers, followed by a meetup in Mumbai, and after that, their bond became stronger.
Ananya Panday was reportedly in a relationship with Aditya Roy Kapur for two years. While the duo never accepted or denied their dating buzz, their mushy clips and stills from events and romantic vacations used to send everyone into a collective meltdown. On the other hand, Ananya, on being asked about Aditya on KWK, said that she felt very 'Ananya Coy Kapur'. As a reply, Aditya called her 'pure joy'. Amid all this going on, Ananya's cryptic post about letting go went viral, followed by a report about the couple's split.
