It was a difficult time for the young actor, but he continued auditioning for the roles and also started selling wines for a daily wage of Rs. 500. After a lot of struggle and sleepless nights, in 2008, Aniruddh finally got a role in the television show, Raajkumar Aaryyann that kick-started his acting journey in Mumbai.

In an interview with Dainik Bhaskar, Aniruddh Dave opened up about the scariest phase of his life, when he had lost all hopes of living again. The television actor revealed that he was admitted to the hospital for 57 days after his health started deteriorating rapidly due to COVID-19. The actor admitted that he had lost all hopes of living again. Sharing details of the tragic phase, he said:
"There came a time when I had lost hope of living. I had to wear diapers. I had assumed that I would not survive. I always pray to God that this moment never comes in anyone else's life. To be honest, this is my second life."
Talking about Aniruddh Dave’s personal life, he is married to a popular television actress, Shubhi Ahuja. According to several reports, Aniruddh and Shubhi got married on November 24, 2015. The couple has a son named Anishq. For the uninitiated, Shubhi is a renowned actress in the television industry, who has worked in famous TV shows like Mohe Rang De, Suryaputra Karn, Badii Devrani, Y.A.R.O Ka Tashan, and many more.
