Ankita Bhargava had started her Instagram page, Love Messy Munchkins, wherein she talks about her pregnancy and motherhood journey. Ankita, in her latest post, talked about how she dealt with mom guilt. Ankita wrote, “Dealing With Mom Guilt. The first 6 months of my Mom Life were all about my daughter day in and day out. And then slowly I started asking myself a very important question! What is my legacy? What legacy will I leave behind for my daughter? Her presence in my life filled me with so much love, warmth, fulfilment and contentment that I FELT INSPIRED! I wanted her to realise from early childhood that One needs to work hard in life to realise your dreams. I wanted her to know that having a dream is important. I wanted her to know that being passionate about your work is important. And for all this I had to step out of home and go to work!”

Revealing how the first few weeks were emotionally difficult for her and what her goal is now, Ankita Bhargava continued, “The first few weeks were emotionally difficult for me. Mehr however was too small to realise my absence considering the fact that lil babies nap a lot. Even today my office hours are spaced around her nap time so as to minimise my time away from her! But this #momguilt doesn’t actually go away for good! It comes and goes on a daily basis and I have to keep reminding myself why and what I am working for! I have to fight it outta my system every single day! The goal is way higher than making a brand or making money, The goal is to set an example for this tiny human I have created and brought into this world! Mehr, Thank You Inspiring Me! P.S For all you mamma warriors out there, Keep walking for U must lead by example for your lil ones! @lovemessymunchkins #momguilt #motherhood #mother #motherdaughter #motherhoodunplugged #goingbacktowork #mammawarriors.” (Also Read: Kareena Kapoor Asks Neha Dhupia At What Age Her Daughter, Mehr Can Start Dating [Details Inside])

Speaking about how one can explore their creative side to deal with depression, Ankita had said, “Start prepping early. Recognise. If you are suffering from depression, recognise it and be aware of it. Try to make other people in the family aware about it. What I did was, I got into painting at that point of time. I started writing. I believe once you know what you’re going through, it’s important to do creative things.”

With another post, Ankita Bhargava had recalled how she had felt connected with Mehr Patel, when she latched for the first time and her decisions regarding her daughter’s breastfeeding. An excerpt of which could be read as “My instinct said, Every mother and child are different, Lemme figure how Mehr and I do as a team first! When Mehr latched for the first time, It felt like a jigsaw puzzle just got completed! We were in sync. We were complete. We had a give and take. She knew me and I knew her! From that day onwards and till date Mehr and I are walking hand in hand on our breastfeeding journey! Right from the start I had decided on the following- Feed on demand, Feed to calm them down, Feed to pacify, Feed to give them protection, Feed to give them security. Trust me it wont become a habit thats gonna go outta control!” (Also Read: Sanjay Dutt's Daughter Trishala Dutt Reacts To Her Father's Drug Addiction In Past, Pens A Long Note)
