The Greek God of Bollywood, Milind Soman walked down the aisle on April 21, 2018. Their wedding was a close-knit affair with minimal friends and family members attending the ceremony. Though it was an intimate affair, their wedding was a completely traditional one, which was done as per Assamese wedding rituals. Thanking their guests for being a part of their big day, Ankita wrote, “Growing up, I personally never liked weddings, felt like a lot of effort for no good reason. Attended no one’s wedding but my only sister’s! But that one wedding changed me. The energy, the support from the family and friends is exactly what a couple needs when they start a new life together. We did have a beautiful wedding with a lovely family and friends and their immense effort to make the day memorable for us was/is/always will be a true blessing. Thank you.”
Yesterday, on November 4, 2018, it was Milind’s 53rd birthday and his wifey made sure to make it the most happening one. Ankita took to her official Instagram account and posted a lovely birthday wish for him. Wishing the love of her life, Ankita wrote, “Sometimes I wonder how did we exist without each other for so long? But maybe we were just dreaming. And those fancy dreams could never be of our pleasure as we were longing for each other. But now that we have found us, Let’s celebrate each day for our awakened souls, In love, drunk, dream if we must, But only of each other. Happy birthday my soulmate! Not only on his birthday, Ankita is such a doting wifey, that she writes and dedicates poems on and off for Milind.
