Popular television actress, Ankita Lokhande and her hubby, Vicky Jain became India's first 'Smart Jodi'. In a recent interview, the couple talk about their big win!
Television actress, Ankita Lokhande and her husband, Vicky Jain are on cloud nine as they have bagged the title of India's first Smart Jodi. The much-in-love couple, who had tied the knot in December 2021, received a golden gathbandhan frame and a cash prize of Rs. 25 lakhs. It was a well-deserved win for Ankita and Vicky, and their fans are delighted to see their favourite couple as the winner of the reality show, Smart Jodi.
On June 6, 2022, Ankita Lokhande took to her IG handle and shared some glimpses from their victory moment. In the video, we can see the much-in-love couple holding the gold gathbandhan frame, and screaming their hearts out in excitement. The video also showed Ankita and Vicky holding a big cheque worth Rs. 25 lakhs as they posed for the camera. Sharing the video, Ankita pened:
"India's first Smart Jodi. Grateful."

In an interview with ETimes, Ankita Lokhande and her husband, Vicky Jain opened up about their big win and shared that they are thrilled about their victory and added that they learned new things about each other through the show. Talking about the same, Ankita said:
"We won the show because we were real. This show was all about spending time with Vicky since he is in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, most of the time and I am in Mumbai. This was a new beginning for us and we enjoyed being a part of the show. We actually discovered many things about each other in the last few months."
The Pavitra Rishta actress also shared that she was surprised by her husband, Vicky, as he performed really well. She revealed that she had thought that Vicky would be camera-shy, but he had the same competitive spirit as her. Adding that they both communicate well with one another, Ankita said:
"He was very good on the show. I also learnt that Vicky shares the same competitive spirit like me, and in fact, he is better than me. I thought Vicky would be camera-shy, but he was a perfect entertainer, lovable and could even outshine me in many ways. Both of us are fit and communicate well, too."
We have witnessed many beautiful moments between Ankita and Vicky on the show, Smart Jodi over the months, and the two have been talking about their personal life. In a promo video, Ankita had talked about the difficulties of being in a long-distance marriage. She had shared that it has become difficult for them as she wants her husband to be with her every hour of the day. She had got emotional as she had talked about the attachment she has with Vicky.
