Ankita Lokhande is a renowned actress in the Indian entertainment industry. She began her career via television as she played the lead role of 'Archana' in Zee TV's Pavitra Rishta. Later the diva had been a part of several movies like Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi, Baaghi 3, Swatantra Veer Savarkar and more. On the personal front, Ankita is married to the love of her life, Vicky Jain, and the duo never miss a chance to tease their fans with their scorching chemistry.
Ankita Lokhande, on May 12, 2024, shared a story on her Instagram where she wished everyone a very happy Mother's Day. The actress revealed she was taking her sister and mother out to celebrate the day and wished her aai Mother's Day. Then, she turned the camera towards her and wished herself a very happy Mother's Day, too.

This shocked us, as Ankita does not have any children and had not announced her pregnancy news as of yet. This video left us wondering if this was an indirect pregnancy announcement by Ankita or a mere joke.
To commemorate Mother's Day, Ankita donned a pink and blue-hued ruffle dress with a cross-body bag and a pair of pink sunglasses. She amped up her look with neutral makeup, peach flushed lips and golden earrings. Ankita took her mother out for a lunch date along with her dear friend, Aparna Dixit and her mother.

The mother-daughter duo went for a shopping session, during which Ankita gifted her mom invaluable goodies. For the day, Ankita's mom, Vandada Phadnis Lokhande, opted for a pink and black saree with a matching pink blouse and a statement neckpiece.
In an interview with News18 Showsha, Ankita Lokhande opened up about her wish to embrace motherhood soon. She revealed that she and her husband, Vicky Jain often discuss about having babies. Talking about the same, the actress reassured her fans that she would never hide the 'good news' from them, emphasizing her transparency and trustworthiness. Ankita added:
"We always talk about babies. Children are the future of our relationship. I've nothing to hide when I get asked about wanting to have children. Bachche toh honge hi kabhi na kabhi. We don't know when we'll have children but we definitely do talk about it. And when I talk about babies, I feel really good."
