Anushka Sharma slammed paps for invading Alia Bhatt's privacy and recalled how her daughter, Vamika's pictures are constantly clicked and circulated despite repeated requests.
Paparazzi culture has been invading the privacy of celebrities. From their intimate family outings to dinner dates, every little moment of a celeb is made public time and again. The recent episode of Bollywood actress, Alia Bhatt being clicked without her knowledge was called out by many B-town celebs. And Anushka Sharma was one of them, who slammed the publication for its disgusting behaviour.
Taking to her IG stories, Anushka shared how the media portal has repeatedly been doing the same, despite multiple requests. Calling it a shameful act, Anushka stated that the same publication clicks her daughter’s pictures too despite her and Virat’s requests. In her words:
“This is not the first time they are doing this. About two years ago we called them out for the same reason! You'd think it would have made them more respectful of peoples space and privacy. Absolutely shameful! They were also the only guys posting photos of our daughter despite repeated requests."

This is not the first time when Anushka Sharma has raised the alarm about paps invading her daughter, Vamika’s privacy. In January 2022, Vamika's first pictures went viral when she visited the stadium in South Africa with her mom, Anushka to see her daddy, Virat's match. Anushka Sharma shared a statement about the same on her IG stories. She stated that they were caught off guard and she had no clue that the camera was on them.
Earlier, in July 2022, Anushka had called out a media organisation for clicking and circulating Vamika's picture for some likes. Anushka had instantly taken to the comments section and schooled them. She called out the media organisation and asked them to learn from other publications.

Talking about Alia Bhatt’s leaked pictures, on February 21, 2023, the actress took to her Instagram handle and posted a long note for the media organisation, which clicked her photos. For the unversed, a news website took to their IG feed and posted a collage of Alia's photo as she relaxed at her home. When Alia saw the collage, she got furious as her privacy was invaded. Penning a long note, Alia slammed the publication for their ‘gross’ act.
