'Smart Jodi' fame, Arjun Bijlani and Neha Swami won hearts with their magical chemistry. However, Arjun revealed how his wife's personality drastically changed after the show. Check out!
Arjun Bijlani is touted to be one of the most handsome men in the television world. Over the years, the actor has romanced many heroines on screen, from sharing the screen with ever-so-gorgeous Mouni Roy in Naagin 1 to playing the romantic hero in Miley Jab Hum Tum. However, his real-life lady love, who means ‘the world’ to him, is none other than his now-wife, Neha Swami Bijlani.
They had met back in 2006 at a common friend’s party, and it was love at first sight for Arjun. As Neha’s beauty and charm swoon over his heart, they started frequent outings together. After dating for 8 long years, Arjun and Neha had tied the knot on May 20, 2013, in a traditional wedding ceremony. However, it was their stint together in the television reality show, Smart Jodi, that gained the couple immense love and appreciation from the audience.

“Neha and I had a wonderful time doing Smart Jodi. My Neha who is a little introvert has opened up a lot and it is a beautiful thing for our relationship to happen. We have created some amazing moments on the show which we will cherish forever. Even Ayaan was part of the show when it started. We have had some amazing memories, performances from the show. We made some good friends like Bhagyashree ma’am and Himalay sir and all the other contestants were equally amazing. It was a very happy show, no controversies, nothing, we really enjoyed it.”
Arjun is a complete family man, and recently he was out on an eight-day family trip to Switzerland with his mother, his wife, Neha and their son, Ayaan. The family of four had a gala time in Switzerland, and their IG feed is proof of the same. From paragliding, enjoying the scenic beauty, and playing in the snow to relishing delicious foods, Arjun and his family had a thrilling experience with several adventurous activities in their memory trunk. Talking about the same, he shared:
"I am currently spending time with my family. I just came back from Switzerland. I was there with the entire family for eight days. We had great fun. When I am doing a television show, I hardly get time to spend with my family. I am happy Neha and I got a chance to work together, and then I went for a family vacation also. So, now it’s time to focus on work."

In one of the episodes of Smart Jodi, Arjun and Neha had bared their heart out on the most profound secret. The actor revealed that he had decided to abort his first child because of financial issues. An emotional Arjun narrated the incident and shared that after the first year of marriage, Neha got pregnant, but he had no work, his bank balance was also low, and he could not take responsibility for a child at that time. He said:
“Humari shaadi jab hui, 1 saal hi hua tha jab humein pata chala ki she’s pregnant. Wo 1-1.5 saal hai na main kaam nahi kar raha tha us time par. To obviously bachche ki ek bahut badi responsibility hoti hai, to hum us cheez ko aage nahi le jate."
