The Kapoor family (of Surinder Kapoor, and not Prithviraj Kapoor) which consists of second-generation superstars like Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor and Boney Kapoor, and the third-generation celebrities like Arjun Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Anshula Kapoor, among others is not just a family. It’s a legacy and a bowl of happiness, a close-knit family wherein its members always stand with each other in their thick and thin. And such an emotional get together of the entire family happened last night when they all assembled for a midnight party on the occasion of Boney Kapoor’s 63rd birthday which falls on November 11, 2018. Yes, the man whose legacy is unmatched with films like Mr India, Judaai, Sirf Tum, Pukar, and many others, turned 63 today. In a picture, which has been shared by son Arjun Kapoor, all the members of the Kapoor clan are present. Take a look:
However, what fills our hearts with emotions is not just the above picture, but also Arjun’s birthday wish for his papa. Arjun Kapoor’s beautiful birthday wish for papa Boney Kapoor could be read as, “You made a film Called #MrIndia the film had a very relevant line ‘Zindagi ki yahi reet hai, haar ke baad hi jeet hai‘ after the bad, comes the good. Dad Happy birthday, have a lifetime full of happiness from ur family ur 3 kids and @khushi05k the legend & ur Favourite child!!!”
Wow! Isn’t this a perfect birthday wish any son could have given his father? We all know that Sanjay Kapoor is Boney Kapoor’s younger brother. And Sanjay too wished him on social media by writing, “Happy birthday big brother”, sharing the same picture. After the unfortunate and sudden demise of Sridevi, Boney Kapoor’s family have really come close together. Arjun Kapoor has, in fact, proven himself to be a responsible son and is always seen supporting his father, and his half-siblings, Janhvi and Khushi. In a recent interview, when Boney Kapoor was asked about their equation, he said, “As I said, I am blessed to have these four. They love each other a lot and I am glad that they have come together. It was due to happen anytime, it just happened when something unfortunate happened. They are all my blood and they had to come around. I give credit to all four, but yes, more to Arjun because he is the eldest. He flew in to Dubai to be with me. Anshula was in Mumbai with Janhvi and Khushi. They have happened through two different mothers but why should they get affected? They need their father now, and I am going to be around them”.
In fact, recently, the Namaste England actor replied on Twitter to an online blogger and tweeted, “Hey @aakanksha3131, me & @anshulakapoor represent our mother every single second we live...she would expect us to have been standing next to our father no matter what n be there for Janhvi & Khushi... thank you for ur kind words about our mother...as she would say god bless u”.
Even Dhadak actress, Janhvi has always been in an all-praises mode for Arjun. Recently, she was quoted as saying, “I’ve realised Arjun is very wise, just like dad. They can comfort and guide you in a way that many people can’t. It comes from experience and having made successful films. Everyone has always said such nice things about him and the way he’s been brought up. He values honesty and tells me to be respectful towards people”.
