Gurdeep Kohli and Arjun Punj met for the first time on the sets of Sanjivani in 2002, and their first encounter was one to remember. Arjun Punj proposed to Gurdeep Kohli once again on June 28, 2006, and this time the actress could not say no. They soon planned a big fat wedding and got married on December 10, 2006, in the presence of their close friends and family. They made sure to keep their families involved in their wedding, getting the love and blessings of all their loved ones. The couple has been blissfully married for almost a decade.
Gurdeep Kohli once shared that love should be arranged because she believed that marriage is not between just two people but a merger of two families with love, respect and trust. So, she felt that love has to be approved and arranged by families. The couple soon welcomed their kids, Meher in 2010 and Mahir in 2015, making them a cute little happy family.
