Salman Khan is known for his action-packed movies and dominating on-screen persona. 'Bhaijaan' may be a bachelor but one girl who always rules his heart is his sister, Arpita Khan. For the unversed, Arpita is not Salman's biological sister but was a homeless girl who was adopted by Salman's dad, Salim Khan. Now, an old childhood picture of Arpita has floated online, where she posed with her bhaiya's, bhabhi's, and you would be shocked to see how different she looked.
For the unversed, it was in 2002 when Salman Khan's brother, Sohail Khan made his Bollywood debut with, Maine Dil Tujhko Diya. The actor was seen with Sanjay Dutt. Now a video has gone viral from the success party of Maine Dil Tujhko Dia, where a young what looked like school going, Arpita was seen amid Salman, Sohail, Arbaaz Khan along with Seema Sajdeh, Malaika Arora with Atul and Alvira Agnihotri. A young Arpita is seen donning a fringe haircut and wearing a white top. Salman was seen holding her tightly by the waist. She kept smiling in front of the paps and had zero nervousness. The actor had donned a black shirt, jeans and was flaunting his bracelet.
Salman's brother, Sohail had wore a crisp white shirt while Seema wore a sleeveless black dress. On the other hand, Arbaaz wore a beige coloured cardigan and Malaika looked stunning in a black shirt.
Arpita had turned 34 on November 17, 2023, and to make her day special, Salman posted a rare throwback picture. The actor was in his 'Prem', biker mode while Arpita looked the cutest as a baby. He had worn a classy black jacket teamed with a white shirt, jeans and looked handsome. Arpita had donned a white frock, was seen holding a magazine in her hand and was eating Salman's finger. Salman had captioned the picture as:
“Happy birthday Arpita @arpitakhansharma.”
Salman is the eldest son in the Khan household of Salma and Salim Khan. Salim's second wife, Helen adopted Arpita. She has made a space in the hearts of the Khan parivaar as the entire Khan family is seen together coming for varied festivals and special events that take place.
Arpita is happily married to actor, Aayush Sharma and is blessed with two kids- Ahil and Ayat Sharma. Before she met Aayush, she was in a relationship with Arjun Kapoor for 2 years. He was 18 back then and had a weight of 140 kg. Reportedly the actor had also confessed that Arpita was his first love and that their relationship was serious. However, it did not last long and they parted ways.
Arpita then met Aayush through common friends and it was in 2013 that she gave love another chance. The duo got married in 2014, reportedly they had planned to marry in 2015, however, it had got pre-poned as their wedding was coinciding with Salim and Salman Khan's 50th wedding anniversary. Arpita had a royal wedding and Salman left no stone unturned in making her dream come true. Arpita and Aayush got married at Falaknuma Palace, Hyderabad.
