It was on December 27, 2019, when Aayush Sharma and his wife, Arpita Khan Sharma had welcomed their gorgeous princess, Ayat in their world. The couple had taken to their Instagram handle and shared a baby arrival announcement and had also revealed the name of their little girl. Along with it, Aayush had written, "We’ve been blessed with a beautiful baby girl. Thank you so much for all the love and blessings for Ayat Sharma." On the other hand, Arpita had captioned it as "Welcoming our daughter into the world. Grateful & Overjoyed."
On January 12, 2020, Arpita took to her Instagram handle and shared a beautiful candid picture with her two kids, Ahil and Ayat. In the picture, we can see her cuddling with her kids. For those who don't know, Aayush had given a grand welcome to his princess, Ayat on December 31, 2019. The 'daddy dearest' had planned a special surprise for his baby girl. He welcomed her with a cute setup full of candy-coloured balloons. The actor had posted a picture and video of the same on his Instagram handle. Along with it, he had written, "Welcome home @arpitakhansharma AHIL & AYAT Thank you @balloon.blushh. it’s really special."
On December 30, 2019, Aayush had given us the first glimpses of his daughter and we were mesmerised. He had posted a couple of pictures with her and had written, "Welcome to this beautiful world Ayat. You’ve brought a lot of happiness into our lives. It is to be noted that Arpita Khan Sharma's baby girl shares her birthday with her brother and superstar, Salman Khan. The second-time mamu had taken to Twitter and had posted a tweet that could be read as "Welcome to this beautiful world Ayat. Thank you Arpita and Ayush for the best birthday gift for the whole family. May everyone who reads this bless her and may she grow up n make everyone proud. Thank you for all your love and respect. You all have been very kind, thank you, thank you!”
In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Aayush had opened up on why they had chosen Salman’s birthday i.e., December 27, 2019, for the birth of their baby. He had revealed, "The due date was last week of December or first week of January. When we told this to everyone, Bhai (as Salman is lovingly called) was excited and said ‘give me a gift’. So, it was a conscious decision to bring Ayat into this world on that day. It is a very good omen to have her on Bhai’s birthday... Also, it saves me from giving multiple parties!
